They were very fast to respond to emails when I had questions about the product before I placed my order (always within 24 hours), but since my order — which was 6 weeks ago — they have not responded to any of my communications asking for a carrier name, tracking number or some sort of shipping verification. My most recent email to them was what I had hoped would be an ultimatum, either ship the order or give me a refund. It also went unanswered. I still have received no refund or product.

Wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased.
I placed an order in April. My credit card was charged. It’s nearing the end of June now, and not only have I not received my order, but they don’t answer their phone or email.
I’m beginning to think they are out of business but still accepting money online. What a scam.
I listed them as ultra high-​end pricing because when you consider what you receive (nothing) compared with what you pay (anything), that’s pretty darned expensive.

I put an order in December 2013. The total was around $ 625. I got an email shortly after telling me they were behind schedule, and did I still want the cases. I told him yes. I completely forgot about the cases. Months later, July 2014, I inquired back with the guy. I was told that our credit card was never charged. So, He gave the lip service that a few of you have mentioned. I told him I still wanted the cases and so I gave him my credit card information (again) and he charged another $ 625. While going back through all of our credit card statements I found that he did in fact charge our credit card in Dec 2013. Since August I have been trying to get a credit on one of the cards. He has told me several times he would get with «bookkeeping,» and when I inquired about the cases he told me they were just about to be etched. For several weeks I emailed for an update and finally a few weeks ago cancelled my order. He responded promptly with an apology, but no mention of crediting my credit card. I don’t want to get my lawyer involved at $ 425/​hr. I am going to try to call my credit card company and turn him in for fraudulent billing since I never received my product. I have never dealt with any company like this before. Do not use this company, please.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a custom case for $ 238, 4 months had passed with minimal information about where my case was. Twice got an email telling me it would ship in a couple days but never to be received. I actually ended up being in NJ for work purposes and sought out the store/​owner. Nothing but lipservice, I asked for a refund to be told his accounting company would have to do that from a different location. A month later and several emails I finally filed a complaint with Fair Lawn police and sent a final attempt to collect before my attorney would get involved. I got my money back within the time line I gave with the threats. I then re– ordered the identical case from another company and had the same exact case for $ 78 less plus they gave me a free cleaner all within 2 weeks! Save yourself money, hassle and frustration, go elsewhere! Anywhere. Just not here.

This place is a joke! Stay away. I ordered a case for a football helmet, during a two month period I contacted them and they kept promising that they would ship the following week. I finally got to the point telling them to cancel my order and credit my credit card back. It’s now going on three months and they still have not issued credit. Stay away from these people, it’s a scam!

Absolutely awful customer service! Run away and run far! Ordered a case and it took months. Never once answered an email or phone call… only got it shipped after contacting my credit card company.
Do yourself a service and go ANYWHERE else!!!

I order a case almost 5 weeks ago and it still has not come. I have been sending email and nothing has come. I would suggest that you do not use this company! Finally after about 7 weeks I got my package!

I should have read Unilocal reviews before I placed an order for a military coffin flag display case. My experience mirrored that of others… lousy. Two months go by after I placed my order … nothing… I leave a couple of voice– and emails… nothing. Three months out, I write on my (law office) email account and get a lame response… they’re were out of Navy emblems, but my order would ship that very week. After another month… still nothing. I finally canceled the order. Unprofessional from start to finish.

On 02/​09/​2011 I ordered a basketball /​soccer ball acrylic display case and a
pocket watch display case dome. I was charged over $ 100 for both items on my credit card and waited for delivery. A year later no response.
I contacted the company via email and was told they were looking into it.
It is over two years and they still have my money and I have no product and they fail to communicate.
I would not tempt fate with his group. They are disorganized and shoddy and outright crooks!

Email communications were a little spotty and could use some improvement, but they came through and delivered a beautiful trophy-​baseball case. I would definitely do business again.

I put in an order for a golf ball display case about a month ago. I emailed them right after submitting the order to change the shipping address and got a response immediately. Since then, there’s been no contact regarding the status of my order. I’ve emailed them twice inquiring about it with no response. I’ve called and both numbers listed go to voicemail. I am going to cancel this order as soon someone either picks up the phone or responds to my emails, or I cancel my credit card charge if that be the case. Terrible customer service, terrible service overall.

On Jan. 31, I placed an order for a custom display case for a small doll. The timeline given to me for the display case was 4 – 6 weeks for it to be built and then shipped to me. Since then, I have paid for the item, sent and received 19 emails regarding as to where the display case is and so far… nothing. No display case. More than that, the lack of communication since the middle of May regarding the entire situation.
Moral of the story: get your money back from your credit card as fast as you can and never use this company again. Sadly, it’s a lesson learned.
