Don’t move there! My apartment was located on the first floor. The apartment I was renting had mold on a terrace door and the bathroom. Also the smell of the mold makes my story short! The management replaced the door and painted molded places in the bathroom. Unfortunately a few month later after I moved in, the mold was back in my bathroom. I have 9 years old daughter who suffers from allergy and asthma. I was forced to move before my lease has expired. Victoria April, 2015 Dear Steven, Thank you for your reply. The smell of the mold it’s very dangerous and you need to hire a special MOLDINSPECTION company instead of maintenance staff to find out where the mold exist! Also talking about the Black Dust in my apartment outside and inside it’s Fair Lawn Commons responsibility to change filters and keep the balcony clean! Using the Clorox: you will be very surprised but for the people who is taking daily asthma medication it’s not a good idea to use CLOROX!!! Also my bathroom painted before I moved there. The mold show up after I moved there. It was not my request. My request was the smell of the mold and visible mold on the sliding door! The door was replaced by maintenance. The smell of the mold is still exist ! THEVENTILATIONSYSTEMISFULLOFTHEANIMALHAIRANDNEVERHASBEENCLEAN! All black dust is coming inside from the outside. The filter located inside of the apartment is black. Thank you.
