Everytime I come here I end up with something negative to say. They always have an excuse as to why they cant issue you a loaner or why it took 9 hours to change a tire. Avoid Michelle like the plague, I’ve never met someone so incompetent when it comes to treating a customer with professionalism.

If I could give them no stars I would… Probably the worst service I’ve ever had! To start, I had my Touareg in twice because the AC started to smell like rotten eggs because the water had been sitting somewhere in the AC instead of draining out of the unit. After the first service, it still smelled and now the AC started draining inside my car. At the second service, they fixed the draining inside the car but never the ever growing smell. My answer to the issue still not being revolved was «we cleaned everything we can». Thanks JD. AND they returned my car with a broken door handle, passing it off as if it was loose… when it came off in my hand as I was closing my car door to leave I was shocked. They straight out LIED TO ME. They did tell me that they would fix it and would have to replace the entire panel, as you can’t just order the handle. THEN THEY REPLACED JUST THE HANDLE and left the torn leather on each side of the handle. BUT WORST is they didn’t align the cover panel over the window controls properly so the they now GET JAMMED and you can’t even unlock the rear windows anymore because the button is jammed down under the panel. WHO PERFORMS SERVICE LIKE THAT??? They don’t care. They want you to spend top dollar but don’t give you top notch service. They followed up with a call if we were happy with the service and when I explained that we were absolutely NOT, the manager was supposed to call us but NEVER did. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.
I have three words FIND ANOTHER DEALER

I will no longer come here! Everything is so expensive! The oil/​filter change almost $ 100 bucks and $ 140 bucks to align the tires. Are you freaking kidding me?!? This place is for those who don’t give a damn about getting ripped off! Why pay more for a service you can get some where else for less?!? I’ll be going some where else to get the same service and parts for LESS!!!

Fast & great quality service, these guys get 5 stars here! I was very happy with the service department at this location. I took my Audi A3 in for service and Jeff at the desk greeted me and took my vehicle in as soon as I walked inside. It’s relieving to see employees so kind, professional and very knowledgable with what had to be done! I had my car back before I even finished my complimentary coffee ! These type of experiences during my leasing term with my car make me very satisfied with my choice of Jack Daniels Audi!

This place is a joke. Last week I spent $ 900 to get my car fixed with a new fuse box on the battery and a new turn signal, I have been nothing g but a LOYAL customer. Needless to say when I got my car back the radio was not working, but was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off! I bring it to them to fix what they broke hahaha well they call me and tell me it’s not their fault the radio burned out on its own, ooooo it gets better to replace the radio they want to charge me $ 518 ARE YOU KIDDING ME FOR A BASIC FACTORY RADIO FOR A 2003 JETTA. After I flipped out on them they call me and still insist they can do it for $ 180 so they want me to pay for what they broke. I looked up the cost of the radio online it’s a $ 90 radio lol they thought I was stupid. Here is the deal sealer I had my brother look at it to see what was wrong, the radio is not burned out because it still turns on the buttons don’t work to change the station, to bad their service department sliced the wires have all the pictures and can’t wait for News 12 and Better Business Bureau to have a field day with this! They are RIP offs STAY FAR AWAY!!!

This review is for the service department only. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. After receiving calls at least once a week for a year about a recall on my Jetta, i finally took my car there to be fixed. I was told it wouldnt take that long so i sat and waited. A little while later the man comes out and told me that the recall was fixed but my car was badly leaking oil and i would need to leave the car there for a few more hours. They gave me a free loaner which was nice. I returned later that evening only to be told that the repair would cost me $ 1,300.00 but they would give me a discount so it would only be $ 1,100.00. I told them to hold off because i wanted a second opinion. Turns out my car is in fact NOT leaking oil. at all. Its a good thing i didnt fork over the $ 1,100.00 for a repair i DID NOT NEED! Clearly they have dishonest people working here which is unfortunate since i had such a good experience on the sales side.

I bought my Kia in December and have been to the service station 3 times (nothing bad). Every time it been here I have always been met with prompt and courteous service from these guys. And what’s more important… they always take the time to answer my questions.
Vince is always very accommodating and ready with a quick joke or story. Thanks Kia.

For some reason I’m hesitant to give such a high rating for this place because of all of the awful reviews. But I’m going to base this solely on my experiences which have been pleasant.
PROS:
— Courtesy Shuttle Service (they take you to and from work or home while your car is being serviced)
— Wash/​vacuum car after every service (mine didn’t look too washed, but it was definitely vacuumed)
— Free WiFi in service center while you’re waiting
— Free tow within 15 miles
— Offer loaner vehicles for free when your car gets serviced
— Service has always been friendly when I’ve gone
I bought my Volkswagen new in 2013 (though not from Jack Daniels) so all the services are covered by VW. I drop my car off and they service it every 10,000 miles free.
At Jack Daniels, they have a courtesy shuttle service (within 15 miles) so I’m able to drop my car off and they take me and pick me up from work to get back to my car! Wonderful!
Because of the shuttle service I don’t know how long the services usually take. They call me when the car is ready and I can pick it up whenever. I have not used the return service because a coworker has driven me to Jack Daniels to get my car both times but the shuttle that takes me to work has been great. I’m usually at JD for no more than 15 minutes.
When I pick my car up it is vacuumed and clean!

Stay away! Don’t service your car here and think twice before buying a new car from this dealer!
I had my Porsche Cayenne towed here because it was stalling. The service rep was extremely friendly as always and gave me a great loaner car.
After a day, the friendly service rep (Brooks) called me to tell me that the labor alone to diagnose the problem with May car was going to take ten hours and would cost $ 1600+ dollars.
How the Fxxx can a service department tell, in advance, how long it’s going to take to figure out what’s wrong?
This is totally ridiculous. What if it’s the first thing they try works and they only seen one hour. Does anyone believe they will credit you back the other nine hours?
A responsible dealer might tell a customer that a problem may be difficult to diagnose and may take hours to diagnose.
Only a psychic, and a criminal, can tell you how long the discovery phase of problem solving will take. Again. $ 1600 to figure out what’s wrong? Really?

I had a really great experience buying my VW Jetta at Jack Daniels Motors. Everyone working at the dealership is extremely friendly and eager to help. The salespeople are very knowledgable and helpful. I also did not feel pressured or rushed into my purchase. I would recommend anyone to buy a car here!

The motorsports manager Frank is your typical unethical businessman. he WILL screw you over. not only did he practically rob me, but as a result of some complications he voided my warranty and did not even make me aware of this. Flagged my car with TD1(voids warranty) and put the blame on someone else. i can smell the BS on him. do not go here they dont deserve your business

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Kia service center doesn’t care about you if you didn’t buy your car from Jack Daniels. I was told I basically wasn’t good enough to get a loaner car from them while my car was serviced. Do yourselves a favor never buy a car or get your car serviced from Jack Daniels it’s full of arrogant pricks.

Absolute worst service dept. nice loaners but are always filthy inside and out to the point that I don’t even want to put my hands on the steering wheel and there’s always a funky smell… Service advisors are a bunch of idiots with absolutely no intelligence or social skills… they will ask u for all 10’s on the survey and then when you need something they will turn their backs on u… got into and accident with a loaner while trying to avoid a deer, they claimed they had to total the car out which was an absolute lie considering the only damage was to the front right… Not a big deal. I have plenty of car experience and friends with body shops and I know for a fact the car was fine. After that they refused to give me a loaner the next time I went, claiming that there were none. I was the first one there in he morning and there was 20 loaners which he told me where all reserved. I said that’s funny considering they specifically tell u it’s first come first serve… then they told me it’s because I smoked in the loaner last time which is pretty funny considering I don’t even smoke…

Please stay away from this place. I brought my car here when I needed serious work to my Audi A4. They fixed it for $ 2800 bucks! Then, literally 10 miles later the engine light came on and my car started shaking… brought it back and they said it’s unrelated and now they want to charge me $ 1400 to tear it down and put it back together JUST to diagnose it! Unbelievable! Will be seeking legal actions shortly. PLEASE stay away from this place! if I could have given them negative stars I would have.

Jack Daniels Motors Service center does good work on the cars, I’ll give them that but the administrative service is appalling. I was emailed on a number of occasions to bring my leased vehicle in for service only to be told upon arrival (after calling and discussing the needed service and settings up an appointment) that the car did not need to be brought in for service. While waiting at the center to get my vehicle it was also apparent that this was happening to a number of people, as more and more people came in and received the same excuse from the service personnel. Thank goodness my lease is almost over I want nothing more to do with Jack Daniels Motors.

Terrible service.
My impression of Jack Daniels is:
1. They are interested in the customers before your purchase
2. They don’t train their customer service staff in basic customer service.
2^nd time in less than a week that I encountered the service department at Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus/​Fair lawn.
Last week I called to request info on a tire warranty I purchased when I bought the car. I was about 60 miles from home with a damaged tire. It took them 5 hours!!! To send find and send over the info. Yes force hours and no less than 5 calls.
I started calling from my office at 10 am and then was told that any Audi service center would be able to pull up the info. Great, right? WRONG. Calls from the Bernardsville Audi service center to Jack Daniels were left equally unhelpful. «Yes she bought the car with us. But, We can’t find the info on her tire warranty, but that doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have a tire warranty.» ???
Also after numerous tries from both myself and the customer service rep at Bernardsville, I FINALLY Got the info and a scolding from the Jack Daniels in Paramus. Yes what’s right. He yelled at me for calling their office and for waiting for the tire repair. «Why are you calling? The other rep should have called us.» Yep. 5 hours of calls. Poor customer service and a scolding. That’s what I’m paying for.
Today, I brought in my car for the 35k service and literally encountered 5 employees and was not acknowledged by not a one. Freddie worked out my paperwork and took my keys but never said «hello» «good morning» «how you doing» or any of the basic acknowledgment you would expect from a service center. Then he printed out the inspection agreement but excluded the 35k service. When I reminded him, he casually said, «ok sign here, I’ll add the service later.»
Um, no, print, give me a time and cost estimate, please.
Unfortunately I can’t comment on the other man who gave me the paperwork for the loaner because he never said hello or told me his name, he just grunted.
Bottom line, the folks are rude, unhelpful and borderline aggressive towards their customers.
Buy and service your car elsewhere.

Once again the Jack Daniels Service Department is a complete failure! I lease a new Kia from them and after they prep the car for delivery a scratch on the door is brought to my attention. The sales guy said no problem bring it over to the service center for repair free of charge at your earliest convenience and take a free courtesy car for a few days, It’s a nice new Optima decked out with the performance package fully loaded as I approach theres a large dent in the rear quarter so I turn around and go back inside and say «you guys know that car was in an accident right?» Oh yeah we know no problem just bring it back with the same amount of fuel as it has in it now it’s fine… oooooK!
Jump in fire it up and check the fuel which is about ¹⁄₈ of a tank. Now I go back in again and inform them the fuel level is low, they say oh ok. I used this car to commute to work for two days down the NJTPK untill Friday night when my wife and I are going out for cocktails, she gets in the passenger side pulls the door closed and from the well in the interior door pull, voilà an empty $ 20 bag of weed with some residual still inside, whats this she asks? I’m like you got to be kidding, these assholes lent me a car and didn’t clean it out.
I chuck the bag and go about my business after a brief search of other areas of the vehicle comes up clean. The next morning I take a ride over the inform them of the situation and the rep who loaned me the car was blowing it off saying «Don’t worry they could never bust you for that it’s a loaner» Seriously guy? your a fucking idiot. I have a class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, this licence is my livelihood how could you be so cavalier! Now I’m done dealing with this guy and ask to speak to the manager same response, «sorry about that I’ll check and see who had that car last,» then silence as he blew me off.
I need this car to get around so I contact my salesman and tell him the story he assures me that he will bring this to the attention of the GM of the dealership and be back in touch nothing, not a word!
This place has a F rating with the BBB for a reason, stay away!

I filed a complaint with BBB. I found out the Jack Daniels Audi service center has a F rating. I wish I had gone on the Better Business Bureau website and searched Jack Daniels Audi first. Jack Daniels Audi is a TERRIBLE business who does not care about their customers.

Perhaps the best thing about Jack Daniels service is that they have free loaner cars which you can get for pretty much any service, even an oil change. Almost no questions asked. While this is a huge convenience, I also can’t help but mention that some of their service consultants are a little agressive with the sell-​up. This is a normal aspect of the business, but darn it, if I didn’t ask for a complimentary alignment check, I don’t want the service! I’m sure I won’t get a «complimentary» $ 99 alignment done for free! I like how it is close to where I live, and that they’re open on Saturdays. But I think you can find better, and cheaper, service elsewhere.

This review is for a Jack Daniels used car purchase and my overall Jack Daniels experience which included the Audi service center:
Bought Audi from Jack Daniel’s ‘used car super center’ (in their Kia dealership). Car was stated to have just been ‘serviced’ and ‘fully checked out’. They also sell ALL used cars ‘as is’ with only a power train warranty. I took car to get oil change (like I do with all used cars)…oil came out dark brown and oil filter was filthy. Air filter was dirty as well. Hmmm, strange occurrence on a ‘just serviced’ car, no? It got worse from there… 100 miles later the car developed a pretty heavy steering fluid leak.
I took vehicle to Jack Daniels service and after two days of waiting for diagnosis, they quoted me around $ 3000 for what amounted almost a full replacement of most of the steering components. When I indicated that I had purchased the car a few days earlier, they shrugged and said ‘no warranty’. I retrieved my car back and had it fixed elsewhere for $ 2000. Mike was my contact there and he was nice… I feel bad for him that he works for a company such as this one.
I will never spend another dime with Jack Daniels and if I can stop anyone else from making the mistake I did, writing this will have been worth it. This same message will go out to my broader social network.
I get that the car I bought was used and ‘as is’. If that’s the case though, don’t flat out lie to me and tell me you ‘serviced’ it and ‘fixed anything that needed to be fixed’. The flat out lie is what I take issue with and not that the steering started leaking.
This is the kind of dealer that gives used car dealers a bad name and repeat business or word of mouth seems to hold no importance to them…‘serviced’ seems to be synonymous with ‘detailed’ in their eyes since the car was very nicely cleaned when I got it. Buyer beware… you have been warned.
