Raffiani’s Automatic Sprinkler

That is untrue and you don’t remember who you were talking to but now you remember having some sort of conversation now; poor business communication skills. I have all paperwork of when you folks came to the house to perform repairs and maintenance since 2009 when we moved to Fair Lawn also receipts from the previous owners.

Yes, he told me the pipe was leaking. I knew that already. This pipe had exploded, that’s a bit different than a leaky pipe and it definitely was not like that in October. I think Raffiani’s does not have their facts straight. My husband was not yelling. I was there when he was on the phone.

Extremely poor work ethic. Would not recommend working with them — period!

Raffiani’s came to service our sprinklers on May 2, 2015 after this winter. We had no issues that we were told abt and he was in and out in no time. The cost was $ 130.00. We run our sprinklers on a timer which comes on overnight (Raffiani’s helped set this up). On May 16, 2015 two weeks after they were serviced we came down in our basement in the morning and our mud room was soaked with water. We looked all around and the only thing we could come up with was an issue with our sprinkler system, as there is a sprinkler right outside of the wall where the water looked like it came in through. We turned the sprinklers on and little water was coming out of the sprinkler closest to that wall, and the other sprinklers had a lot of water coming out. Within 3 minutes of operating our sprinklers water was coming in through the wall from outside and soaking our mudroom again.
I called Raffiani’s. The owner called me back. I explained that since he was just here two weeks ago, and we paid him to service our sprinklers I didn’t want to be charged for him coming out again and looking into the problem. I told him of the issues we were having with the water coming into our mudroom (what I could get in anyway) because he interrupted me constantly and would not allow me to explain what was going on). He stated he serviced our home for 15 years and this had never happened before and he didn’t think it was a sprinkler issue. After he was completely rude and unprofessional on the telephone and told us he would not be coming out to our home free of charge, that there was nothing wrong 2 weeks ago so he will be charging us.
He was completely unprofessional and would not let me get a word in. I have never wrote a review on Unilocal before, however I think others should be warned not to use this company if this is how they treat their customers.
I would NOT recommend this company and we will not use this company again in the future.
