They can’t speak English and have zero communication skills. They are never reachable on phone; they charge incorrect fees and then shout on phone. Their grass cuts are very low quality. They didn’t do enough clean up on spring and fall cleanups. They seem cheap but are not really cheap because they end up charging you extra fees that were never agree on.
