Uncle Bob’s Self Storage

Went there with my boyfriend who needed to secure a storage room asap. Denise was super friendly and helpful. She showed us the various options and gave us suggestions of what could fit in each size. She was very professional and accommodating. We were in and out.

Great facility with even greater customer service. I highly recommend Uncle Bob’s in Fair Lawn. You can even have packages delivered there. Nice perk.

In a pinch for storage, having to put my stuff away for a couple months, I shopped around online before I made it to Uncle Bob’s.
Reading the reviews on them, and hearing nightmares about other storage locations, I decided to give them a shot. I gave the number a call and the lady who answered was extremely helpful. Gave me all the details, helped estimate how much space I needed, how much the monthly payment & etc was and also helped book my free moving truck rental.
The next day I was at the location, where Marcos was there, running me through all the details, ensuring I understood the insurance requirements, making my payment online, and the due dates. He then personally showed me around, how to access my unit, and where my unit was located. Marcos even helped me re-​book my truck reservation given my constantly changing schedule.

Cons:
A little more expensive than competitors, but the customer service and access hours definitely make up for it.
Overall, very satisfied; the only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was because I had to drive over near Newark to pick up the moving truck because the other two trucks closer to me were unavailable.
