I just picked up a heart ice cream cake for my fiancé’s birthday. I am so pleased with how it turned out. Last year at a different location I got there and the cake wasn’t done yet even though it was past the pick up time I had scheduled, it was half melted already because the girl working on it had it out for so long, and melted even more on the way home, The writing came pretty much off and it was a disaster. I was so upset. I decided to try this location and I arrived earlier then the scheduled pickup, but the cake was already finished. The staff was very friendly and had smiles on their faces. I was shown the cake before I left and it really looks perfect! It did not melt at all on the way home. I am so happy with this experience and will order all of my future cakes from this location!

My family loves going here plus they send us a coupon for free ice cream every birthday. This restaurant is very clean and friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Clean, well-​maintained location with friendly employees. Lots of ice cream flavors, including soft serve. The best thing about Baskin-​Robbins is the flavor of the month. I like that they have a different and new flavor every month — it keeps things exciting!

Me and my family love ice cream, but every time we go here there is a problem. Last time my daughters 6 scoop shake had bad milk. We came back to complain and the lady asked how did she know… so is she calling us a liar… for what. Anyways we won’t be coming back to this location

Been coming here for years. I usually only get one kind of ice cream here, because they are the ones who make it the best. They are a bit pricy but it’s worth it to me.

Pretty much I just come here when a prego craving kicks in and I need ice cream. Usually I’ll go for something more creative or higher quality. This place has a serious problem with customer service, but that’s what happen when you staff just kids and no adults to properly manage.

My kids and I walk here all the time and my staff are always so pleasant and helpful. They always give my kids samples when they ask and never seem bothered by it at all. The last time we picked up a cake they were happy to write on it for us. Always a pleasant experience!

January 26, 2015 at 4:18 PM, waited on by a very pleasant young woman. The name «Till» was on the receipt. She was a good salesperson and was very accommodating. Hire more like her.

The ice cream is yummy and the employees here are always super friendly (it must be that high school optimism). It has a great location — nice corner spot in the shopping center and it’s right next to Jamba Juice and Noah’s Bagels if you’re looking for a somewhat healthier (and more boring) option. They have limited indoor seating (two small tables), but plenty of outdoor seating and shade umbrellas.
They also have prepackaged ice cream, custom ice cream cakes and have started to sell Dunkin’ Donut k-​cups.
It’s not exactly the most affordable place to go, but dairy prices are high everywhere. There are surveys on the bottom/​back of the receipt which also double up as coupons if you’re into saving a buck here or there. And if you get the SacBee on Sundays once in a while you can find $ 1 off or BOGO coupons.

Ice cream is good no matter what and no matter where but there is just something about Baskin Robbins that gets me every time. Maybe it’s remembering that as a kid it was a super treat to know we were going to «the ice cream shop» as we called it or maybe it’s the colors and all of those flavors just starring at you. Maybe it’s one of those few places where I can secretly feel like a kid without making a spectacle of myself. Who knows…
My kids keep it simple my boys get chocolate and my daughter gets rainbow sherbet which is what I used to get when I was her age. I didn’t suggest it, I didn’t even tell her it was one of my favorites as a kid. She orders it every time and I always tell her she’s got excellent taste. ;)
Now that I am a mommy my taste buds are into the more sophisticated flavors with a little pizazz so I get either the very delicious «nutty coconut» or «pistachio almond», or BOTH! And of course to take home if they have it… «Jamoca Almond Fudge».
I scream for ICE CREAM!

Myself and two friend came here expressly for the purpose of feeding our pregnant friend her one and only craving during her pregnany. A hot-​fudge sundae.
If you’re going to have a craving, that’s a good one to have.
We got three flavors, and split the thing three ways. Yum.
