This is such a great workout that the time just flies by and Holly is such a fitness sprite, she can get you motivated to do just about anything … This is great for all ages and fitness levels … Just awesome !!!

I’ve never been one for fitness classes. In fact, I was of the «just give me a gym» mentality. Another fact, I had been with a gym around the corner for years (Fitness 19) until their customer service went down the drain. When I heard this spot opened up and they give you three free classes to try them out, I went against my motto of «gym only» and checked it out.
Located in a small strip mallish type of spot, you have Subway and Players Pub as your neighbors and a haircutting spot next door. Holly the owner has an infectious positive attitude and you will emerge from this spot with a smile on your face. Guaranteed.
I tried the zumba class, weightless workout and happy bodies workout. They are all good. I’m gravitating towards the happy bodies workout because you get a bit of everything: resistance training, free weights, step cardio and sometimes a smattering of zumba.
There are different payment plans. I am kind of an infrequent exercise type of gal, if I have time, I go. I know it should be more like: «I make time to exercise!», but hey, life gets in the way. For Xmas, my husband got me a 10-​class pass. (It was on my Xmas list, he didn’t get it for me as a hint to get into shape or anything like that.)
Best of all, the people who go to the class are all so positive (and nice) too! There is something to be said about exercising together towards a common goal…

Great place to work out! Fun, vibrant and warm. I was challenged and motivated and loved the owners. It is an experience you can’t find anywhere. great for all ages 10 – 110. And they offer your first 3 classes for free. it is a no brainier to give them a try!

I love going to Happy Bodies because it is so personal and convenient. The owners, a husband and wife have so much passion, love and respect for their clients and the business.
