Jade Nails

Really nice people but she rushed through my nails, gave me the opposite shape of what I asked for because she liked the shape. Nails are uneven. Last but not least she charged me much more than what the cost said originally on the price page. I just paid because I was ready to leave. I’m sure it was the boss/​owner who did my nails. Not going back.

I had a pedicure done here on a Monday and by Wednesday the polish started chipping off. I returned for a color change and two days later, it happened again. The service was nice but the quality of work is awful. Thinking it may have been my shoes and activity causing the polish to wear so quickly, I went to another salon and the polish has held up nicely after a week. So it seems to be the quality at Jade Nails. I won’t be returning!

Tina is the best stylist I have been to! Fair prices, but not all stylists at jade are the same caliber as
Tina.

I love this place. Super inexpensive and give them BEST massages just for the basics. I used to go to a popular overpriced place in midtown. Never again. Love all these ladies. All are great.

An unassuming spot next to a smoke shop in a shopping plaza. As I always do before trying a new nail salon I peruse through the reviews and tips in hopes to find a recommended name! Someone commented positively on Amy so I asked for her walking in. I only had to wait 10 min as she was finishing someone else.
It’s not the nail salon that makes the place but who you got for your nail artist. Today I got the best $ 20 pedicure I’ve ever gotten from petite Amy. She was gentle with cuticle and nail cutting yet effective enough for callous removal. She polishes with great care. Just wonderful. Thanks Amy!

The last place I went to get a set of pink and whites lasted less than three weeks before they started breaking and lifting. Decided to try a new place. This had great reviews and was close to home.
Tommy (who I believe owns the place) was welcoming and kind. He kept asking if I was doing ok and to let him know if I wanted him to fix anything.
My full set took longer than expected, but he did have to take off the last set. My nails are perfect. Here’s to hoping they last!

Just calling around price checking, got Anna on the phone, I know that because she literally yelled it after I couldn’t hear what she said the first time, and then hung up on me. Great first impression. I’ll definitely go somewhere more friendly.

My poor review is solely based on the customer service I received today. I brought my mom here to get her mani pedi, considering there was a sign in front that said fullset for 25 $. When I walked in the worker told me $ 30, but I said we wanted the $ 25 service posted outside the window. So I had my mom’s nails done here but when it finally came down to paying, I was charged $ 50! The worker was aware I only wanted the $ 25 mani pedi and yet I feel that although I clearly emphasized my request, it wasn’t fulfilled and I was rather taken advantage of. Its unfortunate I feel this way towards this nail shop. I just wish this had not happened; otherwise I would have left a very satisfied customer bc my mom likes the quality of her nails and very much enjoyed their friendliness.

Fantastic foot and leg massage. So relaxing! My pedicure was great and Angel did a terrific job painting my toenails too. One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long, long time.

This place does look run down but they’re very friendly and did a great job on my fingers. Very appropriately priced too. Will be returning :)

I’ve been to a good amount of nail salons in the Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks area and this was one of the top first visit experiances I’ve had. I was a walk-​in and they sat me down right away. Tommy was incredibly friendly and attentive. He kept making sure I was happy and if there was anything that needed his attention. After my nails were done he gave me a small hand massage. And to top it all of, it was crazy cheap. I got a full set with gel color for $ 28! Definitely will be coming back.

I told her what I wanted up front. Basic pedicure turned into a Train wreck. $ 40 buyers remorse. Don’t go here even for a basic pedicure.

This place is hands down the best pedicure/​nail salon I’ve ever experienced. Don’t be fooled by it’s meager appearance from the outside. It’s clean and well kept on the inside, and the chair I was in was in complete working order for the massage, which always seems to be lacking at other places I’ve been to.
The people there are fantastic… they are warm, welcoming, and they’re authentically trying to learn who you are and how you like your pedicure/​nails to be done. (I’ve admittedly got some weird quirks about my feet and it was never an issue I had to address)
I had Tommy, and to be honest I was a little nervous because I’ve had poor experiences with male nail manicurists before being too rough and scrubbing too hard in sensitive areas. I am sooooo glad I didn’t get someone else. He was meticulous, thorough when needed, and clipped and painted my toes to perfection I’ve never seen! His leg/​foot massage was to die for… it was so good I went ahead and did the manicure too so that I could get more pampering from him.
Everyone there was so nice… often times in nail salons you feel like they just want you in and out. They were chatting and laughing with some of the customers and it was such a refreshing time.
Again, I honestly can say that I am not a big fan of pedicures and was just doing it to save myself time. But this place made me a believer, and now I understand why other women love to treat themselves! Thank you Tommy and Jade Nails for giving me a GREAT experience that I will definitely come back for again.

I’ve tried several other nail places in my area but I consistently find myself coming back to this one. They are always super friendly and I am never disappointed in their work! Even their basic pedicure is more luxurious than most. I just got a fill done by Tommy yesterday and he is so sweet and was always asking if what he was doing was good. I love this place!

Very fast, efficient, and friendly. Walked in and they started right away. First time customer and I will be coming back. Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend going here for your nail and waxing needs.

Of all the nail places I’ve ever been I had the best experience I’ve ever had tonight! Ann did my nails and what a difference it makes to have someone so kind and she did such a wonderful job on my nails they are just beautiful! She even gave me little hand massage with lavender Lotion afterwards. The pink and white gels set is only thirty dollars but my the quality is top of the line. This place is a diamond in the rough for sure!:)

They did ok and were able to take a walk-​in. They did massage long however I felt massage part only So-​so, I guess I am just used to a stronger touch. They included a scrub, mask, oil massage with stones and overall experience was only ok. I feel I NEED to mention that when I took a closer look at my nails when I got home it looked as if a four year old had painted them. I front think I will go back…

Best place ever my first time here they are amazing $ 30 for mani an pedi but best one ever they use hot stones and oil for the massage you get what you want at a really price!!! Will return for a facial

Very clean, professional, & friendly. Amy is great @ nails & eyebrow waxing. Can’t wait to get my first facial from her.

all of my nails are different shapes and the simple nail picture I showed my tech was not even close to being duplicated. I asked for a gradient white tip with gel glitter over the top. One of my pinky nails is gradient and the rest of my fingers are a weird diagonal un-​even french tip. My tech only asked if I liked the design after my pinky was done then preceded to do the rest of my nails totally different apparently. I take credit for not having her remove the design. I would rather have had bare nails than what I walked away with!
