This was my first home buying experience, and Jay made it a great one. Throughout the process, Jay was enormously patient, supportive, professional, and pressure-​free. He always made himself to available to promptly answer my and my wife’s relentless questions, and is well-​versed on all the technicalities around real estate transactions. Over the course of 6+ months he showed us countless (30+) properties and helped us put in several offers. In the case of one offer we made soon before a trip abroad, Jay went way above and beyond, taking initiative to make a number of arrangements and prepare us on a very tight timeframe so we’d have a chance to perform all our due diligence. When that offer fell through in spite of his valiant efforts (only due to our stance in last-​minute negotiations), Jay was nothing but graceful.
