Kls and Associates

I used them a few times (to buy my house, and refinance it) with OK satisfaction. They did have us do too much driving around to meet them and probably would have received 4 stars BUT they did a horrible mistake! They closed our home equity line of credit (which was at 5% and had said no problem to be able to keep it open) at a time when we had carefully planned and had put our ducks all in a row to use it to open a business,*poof* it was gone, and nobody noticed until it was about time to buy the business. We had to scramble and stress and pull every resource to cover the costs. It was embarrassing! They FINALLY got us a new line of credit with horrible rates. I will never use them or recommend them again! They’ve cost me hundreds, and by the time my business gets going the loan will have cost me thousands! Boo!!!
