Linda Kim – Keller Williams

We live about 150 miles from Fair Oaks but wanted to buy a second home in Fair Oaks. We searched for homes online and found one we wanted to inspect. We contacted the agent (Linda Kim) and arranged to drive over and inspect the house. The house we looked at didn’t fit our needs so Linda showed us several more. Afterward, we decided to go back home and do some more looking online at a website that Linda recommended. A few days later, we selected some more houses to look at, contacted Linda, and arranged for another trip over to look at houses. Linda also made a list of houses that we might like. After several iterations we found a place that we wanted to buy. We were prepared to make an offer at the asking price but Linda suggested we offer a little less. The owner accepted our offer. At that point Linda advised us on the inspection process and helped us with dealing with the title company. All went smoothly. Without Linda’s help the experience would have been much more difficult. We would not hesitate to engage Linda if we decide either to sell the house or look for another one.

I have listed two homes in the past with Linda. Even though she lived in my neighborhood I had never met her. My neighbors all spoke very highly of her so I thought I would give her a try. She exceeded any expectations I had. She was honest and very professional. One of my homes sold for full price (cash) in less then 30 days. The other home was over priced but she still attempted to get me the price I wanted. After 3 months I decided to rent out my home until the market turned around. Linda has continued to stay in contact with me. She sends me market trends of the neighborhood and has also taken the initiative to send me all the necessary paperwork to have my property taxes reduced. Because of the extra effort she has put forth my property tax were reduced by over $ 1500 a year. Linda goes above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. When I do decide to list my home again I certainly know who to call.
