Orderd jerseys in June! It’s now the end of August ! I barley got them in time for our first game last weekend & yet I’m back here again because they didn’t have the names ready to be put on the back of them!!! I was told I would get a phone call when they came in that didn’t happen multiple phone calls later & again waiting 30 min to have 4 girls tops done!

Be advised 45 – 60 days for «special» order pick-up, disappointing when compared to other shops i.e. Kombat… also was not told order would not be placed on day ordered, but rather 6 days later. Spoke to manager, Kerry, on day 45 and could not get a firm date for pick-up. He said they had many other teams to work on so great customer service (NOT).

I love this store! The most knowledgeable and nicest people work here. I live in Elk Grove so obviously soccer city would be more convenient for me but they never have anything in stock. If soccer pro doesn’t have the item in stock they ALWAYS offer to check the other stores or order directly from the vendors for me. Had one defective pant out of 11 I purchased and they exchanged it with no hassle. I will keep going here as long as the customer service is exceptional. The drive is worth it!

, but why do that when you can support local businesses?
Also, it is SO REFRESHING to flip through the rack and there are next to no Chivas and PUMA jerseys. Shove it, YC.
