Then hands me a bank dime roll for change, «we are out of 5s, sorry» your also out of 10s and 1s?!?

This Starbucks location is great. Friendly staff and for the the first time the barista asked to scan my gold card twice so I could get double the stars. Awesome! Glad she actually cared about that! Order was on point and tasted great! Recommend!

This Starbucks Location is Bar None!!! Rachel, Macey, Charleston, and Janice are amazing and treat everyone as if they know them. They know exactly what I want before I order it and have it waiting for me before I have even paid. They make their customers feel like celebrities! Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work!!!

I stop by this place just for the people! I mean they are always upbeat and friendly, no matter what time of day I go in they always give me the same great service. They truly try and get to know you and what you like to drink. It’s personal touches like this that keeps me a loyal Starbucks customer. And yes, I am loyal, I spend at least 100 bucks a month on their coffee, and one of the reasons is because of their friendly staff and of course the quality coffee. Oh, and the stars I get for each purchase doesn’t hurt either, I get a few free drinks a month because of it. If I were you, I would definitely get the Starbucks club card, it is totally worth it, especially if you frequently get your Starbucks fix!

So I came here on the 24th, got a drink and a breakfast sandwich, Paid my first time using the Starbucks App, had great service, both the workers were extremely nice fun to talk to. left the store a very happy customer writing a great review for this location. Yesterday on my break from work i checked my card balance seeing it was at 0, a huge charge from another state, I called to file a claim, only to hear front the operator that it was at a starbucks company, and the charge, $ 110 dollars (which way over drafted my account) was the same day, right after my starbucks transaction. Fuck starbucks, Im sure you don’t care that I won’t be returning here, but i will make sure people know, so they don’t ever return either. Assholes

As Starbucks go, this one is good… Note that there’s outdoor seating, but no drive-​through here.
It’s a bit on the small size with no couches, coffee tables, or easy chairs. There in an upholstered bench with a row of tables, though. In all, very utilitarian.
The staff is friendly and the clientele skews younger, with the harried young mom pushing the stroller prevailing.
Nothing here stands out, good or bad. Isn’t that why we go to Starbucks, though?

Let me start off by saying that this is not «just another Starbucks.» The ambiance is lovely and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I ordered a cappuccino which was made to perfection (cappuccinos are hard for some people to make because of the foam, so I was a happy panda!) I was there for about two hours doing some work and there was a cute barista named Eric who came around asking everyone if they were done with their drinks so he could throw away their trash for them. He came up to me and offered to bring me a water and also offered to throw away my trash. This is some of the best customer service I have seen in a Starbucks and that is saying a lot considering I worked for Starbucks for 6 years. I love this location! Absolutely phenomenonal customer service (:

Lots of renovation here lately… Parking lot closed down again. Had to hike in for my fix today. :(
Good News… sign is up. they’ll be closed and reopen next week. Looks like they are getting a long overdue remodel!

We visit this Starbucks when we visit my husband’s mom and then we get to-​go sandwiches at Mr. Pickles. It’s almost a ritual.
This location is always clean, service is very friendly and quick, parking is extremely easy (something only an LA or NY person would think about but still appreciated.)
Drinks from the Batista have always been perfect, I highly recommend!

This is my favorite location, the staff is wonderful, and there always packed. so i guess im not alone. i usually get the iced white mocha, or hot white mocha with caramel. very yummy, and to go along with it i get the Gouda and bacon breakfast sandwich. just as equally delicious. there’s seating outside and inside. on busy mornings its hard to get a seat inside, but its always positive energy when i come here! great place

I like to tour the local Starbucks where ever I happen to be living. This is one of the local ones near me now. It’s decent as Starbucks go… I think Sacramento is need of Starbucks with more windows though. This one was a kinda dark — besides the windows.

Just another Starbucks on Madison Ave. If you have seen one, you have seen them all. However, this one has a «Question of the Day» (e.g. What Beatles album contained «Let It Be»? What gem stone was considered magical by Indians?) and if you get it right, you can have a free shot of flavor or espresso or just take the cash value ($.55) and apply it towards the cost of your purchase. Come to this Starbucks for intellectual stimulation and financial reward,
