Great experience here! Recently moved In and everything was upgraded, brand new flooring and appliances! Management is on top of things and is quick to address any concerns!

I feel I must write a review in contrast to those that have been left previously. I searched a long time for an affordable, clean and safe apartment; I was met with frustration and indifference on the part of several property managers. One confirmed an appointment with me, and when I arrived, she had totally forgotten it and my email confirming the date and time! When I walked into the office at Sunridge, I was greeted by Ava, and she could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She showed me a sample apartment and it was huge compared with all the others I had seen; I put a deposit down immediately, and have been very glad I did.
I moved in about eight months ago and Ava really works hard to keep up this property and because it is an older complex, doing this requires lots of monitoring. When I asked for help, it arrives quickly and the problem is taken care of. I have found that the residents are quiet and do not bother anyone and they honor parking space assignments.
I cannot speak for what Sunridge was like before I moved here, but I can honestly say now that this is the best apartment complex at this price point I have seen in this area. Ava does a wonderful job and she is sincere and looks out for her residents; I am very happy here.

Place is awful. Kids running a muck most of the night and they also have a thing for hanging out on the stairs. I almost broke my neck from stepping on an empty water bottle they left on the stairs. In the kitchen, I’ve seen quite a few roaches and the oven burned damn near everything we cooked because it didn’t work correctly. It’s not a good living environment, but more like a place to just save up some much needed money then kick rocks. Not a place for children considering how I’ve noticed they only play around dumpsters and through the buildings since it’s mostly concrete there. People don’t care about taking your one parking space either. And last thing, for some reason there are arguments and fights that I hear that will keep you up or wake you up at night along with loud music. Oh yeah and don’t forget about the the donuts that losers do in the parking lot behind Raley’s at 2 am. If you decide to live here, then have fun :) lol

This place is awful. Not only is the customer service horrible the place is infested with cockroaches. The manager Suzanne is never in the office. Took 3 weeks to finish an apt and when we were getting ready
there were bugs all
the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. We didn’t even move in. No way not with bugs. I have a baby. Don’t rent an apt here. We waited and waited and when it came down to signing a lease and moving it didn’t happen due to cockroaches. They need to work on their customer service skills! No common courtesy at all… I’ll take my money elsewhere.
