Really like this place. Walt has cut my hair for a long time, but he no longer works on Saturdays. That is my day to get it done. Have had Hap and Julie cut my hair and they each do an excellent job. Outstanding value and very reasonably priced.

This is an amazing group of people! Subi has been cutting my sons hair since they were toddlers… they are now 17 and 20 years old. I followed him to The Cutting Station and can’t tell you what a warm and welcoming vibe this place has. The barbers/​hairdressers have seen me walk in with my 2 boys as little guys and now they tower over me and drive themselves to the shop. I can’t rave enough about the down-​to-​earth, family-​feel about this place. We now, and always will, consider them part of our extended family…

Subi has always taken care of me and my brother.
I have always seen all the customers leave with a smile on their face and great haircuts.
The atmosphere is truly what a barber shop should be. I have no problems referring any friends or family members to this barbershop.

Came to Sacramento from out of town and I needed a cut. Decided to pick the cutting station and boy am I glad I did! Subi is a great barber, he really listened to me and gave me what I wanted. First I asked for 1 on top but he suggested I try a 2 and he was right, much better. Stand up guy too, knows how to do urban haircuts: line ups, fade, taper, blow out. Does not take your line, truly a master of his profession.

I’m a guy who’s been to a lot of higher end stylists and Subi at the Cutting Station does the best job I’ve had. He’s consistent, shaves my neck (a real plus when you’re a guy like me), and best of all, a great price at $ 15 (plus tip of course). It may not be the shampoo massage experience like some salons, but I do get a great haircut, quick and nicely priced, which is all I really want. Bring cash, not cards.
