I agree with other reviewers that the service is not fast, especially the drive-thru. The food is always fresh, tasty and hot. if you look at reviews of any Arby’s they all have slow service, so I have learned to live with it to have good roast beef sandwich.

Management needs to work on improving the drive thru time. If they can’t improve the time, they should have their employees a little better at explaining the hold up and thanking the customer for their patience.

Wasn’t blown away with my gourmet steak sub, but who can say no to deliciously curly cheese fries? No one, that’s who.

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to! Waited TEN minutes for a sandwich! Customer in front of me waited 15 minutes! He was given two free desserts for his wait. Awful visit won’t be going back.
