Took a few patches here to have velcro sewn on them – a pretty simple request. At the outset they couldn’t quote me a price, but agreed to call if the cost would exceed a pre-​determined number. Two weeks passed, and they told me that they needed to order more velcro. Another week and they told me the velcro hadn’t arrived. A week later, I asked for my patches back and it took them several minutes to find them under piles of other work.
If they were unable to meet my needs, they shouldn’t have agreed to do the work! Hard to imagine that this operation satisfies any of their customers!
