This place is great. I’ve been coming for years for mani pedi and also a few gel manicures. I agree that who you get helps; I generally prefer the guys. Always spring for the salt scrub. $ 5 more gets you nearly 10 additional minutes of calf massage. A couple years back there was an issue with cleanliness but that has been corrected. A jewel in the Fairburn area! I did once have a terrible experience with eyebrow waxing, so avoid if you don’t have full brows and a prominent arch.

Very dirty place! Nail clippings everywhere, old towels, just felt dirty. Also the guy doing my pedicure, scrubbed each foot for less than a minute, as there were several folks waiting. I felt very rushed. Will not return

So I am updating my previous review due to their services seeming to greatly improve. They redid the shop with new chairs awhile and but so the service overall is just a lot more attentive. Plus you can’t beat the price. I went into Atlanta and got a $ 60 pedicure and it lasted just as long as their $ 20 one. A must nail shop for anyone in the area.

I live about 2 miles away from this salon and I am so glad that I do! They have a hidden secret and her name is Vanessa. I recently moved here from Northern Virginia and was extremely worried that I wouldn’t be able to find someone with the same skill as my lady back home. Vanessa is all that and more. She’s a wax technician and I was referred to her by my cousin. Vanessa was so fast and precise. She’s excellent at aligning the brows and making them perfect symmetrical lines. I didn’t think it was possible to find someone with such a steady hand. I could go on forever but all you need to know is, if you’re looking for a place to get your eyebrows, this is it. Just make sure you ask for Vanessa!

This is a place of convience that I have been satisfied with 85% of the time. What I have learned is the regular employees do pretty good work including the owner and his wife. Its the ones that are new or working there for the day that you need to avoid. One of the things I do enjoy is they are friendly and most times remember your face when you are a regular.

I went to this salon for the very first time to get a fill-in and I must say the service was not a good first impression. I made 2 request, 1 that they use line out before applying my gel coat and 2 dont apply the gel too thick and the tech gave me a look like I was getting on his nerve. Last, I checked I am the customer and when I’m spending my money, I should be able to make a reasonable request. So I asked the tech is that asking too much, he then proceeded to speak in his language to another employee and never even acknowledged my question, how rude! I wanted to say(mu she chow ming do na ki sui) which is my version of me saying, «I should slap you in the face for talking about me in my face» in what I think was his language! Any business should want a customer to be specific with what they want or what service they are requesting, this will assure the customer is happy because you can service them better. Never patron any business that doesn’t appreciate your service, you should get what you pay for and be satisfied.
