7-Eleven is a convenience store that is found literally everywhere. This company has been around since the ‘20s, and they offer packaged deli sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, taquitos, donuts/pastries, candies/chocolates, slurpees/coffee/fountain/alcoholic beverages, lottery tickets, and basic grocery needs. I like this particular 7-Eleven as it is bright and very clean, and they keep everything nice and tidy. I came here to check out their new Sour Patch slurpee(watermelon-flavored), which was pretty sweet and sour! Their grillers also had a larger variety of hot dogs(bacon-wrapped!) and freshly-cooked taquitos. One of the employees, Pravesh, had a great sense of humor and was very helpful, and check-out was a breeze. Whenever you get a craving for the munchies or are just plain thirsty in the middle of the night, 7-Eleven will be there for you! ‘Oh, thank heaven for 7-Eleven’ :D +Sour Patch watermeleon slurpee: D +larger selection of hot food +clean and bright: D +ask for Pravesh: D

I’m a fairly frequent 7 – 11 customer. I would venture to say that I have stopped in a 7 – 11 many hundreds of times. I generally like them. And I do like 7 – 11 coffee. This 7 – 11 is just okay. It’s one of two 7 – 11’s that are close to me. Not that clean and the staff is a bit odd. I always feel like they’re watching to see if I steal something, which is weird. In the morning, they sometimes station a woman at the corner by the hot dogs to have a view of everyone(so they don’t steal?). Strange layout — coffee station is on other side of counter from soda/slurpee station so I have to walk over with my hot coffee to drop a few ice cubes in and cool it down. Often times they are out of one coffee or another and you play around with the different push-thermoses to find one with coffee in it.

Let’s see… what can you say about a 7 – 11? They’re all pretty much the same, plus or minus a certain degree of junkies messing up the bathroom or creepy transients loitering outside. Thankfully, this one is on the lighter end of that spectrum! It’s in an easily-accessible spot off the Little River Turnpike, it has plenty of space in the parking lot, and it has those tiny little mini-powdered-donuts that my grandmother has a shine for. It’s relatively clean and seems to be crazy-person-free. At least when I was here anyway. HEY, no jokes about how *I’M* a crazy person!!! ;D
