I called Bill based on a Google search and followed up by checking his Unilocal review. Needed my dishwasher repaired. He came the same day and did a great job.
The dishwasher was sunk in, there was a tube that came off. He managed to repair it without disconnecting and pulling out the dishwasher (that approach could fetch him more $$ in labor hours.). He explained what he was doing and why and the possible consequences so I knew what was going on. Genuine man with years of experience and he knows what he is doing.

Bill is an expert appliance guy. Install or repair, he’s professional, on time, and doesn’t try to sell you maintenance that you don’t need.
I’ve hired Bill to do a dishwaher install and a dishwasher repair, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The next time I need an appliance repaired or installed (which hopefully won’t be anytime soon), I will definitely call Bill before anyone else.
