Acme Floors

I have been a customer of theirs for about three years. James (owner) is a good businessman who will try to give you the best price and honest service.
In 2008 we had them install carpet, install hardwoods, refinish existing hardwoods, patch and match to existing hardwoods, and provide bathroom tile for our installer. That was a major home renovation and we gave him several thousand dollars worth of business.
Recently we had him install another room with carpet. There was a slight problem with the carpet pattern/​color not matching what we ordered. James was very honorable and even though I paid in full he gave me a substantial cash refund to make up for the issue.
His installers do good work too. They did leave a few dings and scratches, as is to be expected from the installation process, but nothing serious or unrepairable.
