This is apparently a Fairfax relic (yep. it sure looks it!) but other than the griminess of it (old box T.V.‘s, curtains with holes, lightbulbs that don’t work, some rooms with lack of hot water in shower/bath, poor flakey paint jobs, crummy doors, the interesting clientele that lurk around the corners, the sewage smell.) It’s a good cheap place to stay in Fairfax with weekly, and sometimes monthly rates and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are also quite a bit of places to eat very nearby and it’s pretty safe. I’m not sure what star-rating I would say it is. or isn’t lol… BUT I like it, so I give it 3 whole stars on here. :)
