This location failed to perform basic quality control after repair completion. Caliber failed to reconnect my battery terminals when the car was returned to me. The battery disconnected while I was driving home and this could have caused an accident. In addition, Caliber failed to re-​install the sound speaker in my door (my door was replaced by Caliber). There was no sound. Caliber quickly fixed these mistakes, but the mistakes should not have been made in the first place. The paint job was good, but the serious mistakes cancel out any good paint job they did.

Came in to this place to get an estimate, and the front desk is not very friendly. The guy who did the estimate for me was friendly and nice. There is a sign about how great their customer sevice is but i didnt feel that *greatness*
