The first item I had embroidered was done within a week for Christmas and the quality was good. I left two additional gift items for monogramming in mid-​December and was told they would be done in early January 2015. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to reach the owner for 6 weeks with no reply to my emails or voice mails. I can’t even get back the items I left to be monogrammed. I had to repurchase the gifts and find another business to complete the monogramming. I should have paid attention to the most recent reviewer who had a similar experience. This was a costly disappointment and huge inconvenience.

I was so pleased to find a place that would handle a single item to be monogrammed. They were quick & inexpensive! My daughter will be tickled pink to see her name on her sleeping bag sack. Would use again.

I am trying to think of more things to get embroidered because I had such a great experience and my bag looks awesome. My husband and mom both said, «wow, that looks better than I imagined.» I worked with Carol and she was professional, courteous, and timely.
