very disappointed — brought three computers in for repair, quoted one thing in office, stated that was an estimate — got that — got a phone call — quote went up after looking into it — told them to fix 2, not all 3, got a call they were ready for pick up — went to pick them up during business hours — door was locked and nobody was there — called and got ahold of the owner — he was out of town — they closed office early. Came back next day and the price had increased again (my fault for not requesting a quote in writing, — def. will know better with the next business we take our money to). VERY DISAPPOINTING.

CSS and his staff have been helpful in not only helping with software or hardware issues but illustrates in clear layman’s terms what the issues are, how to resolve them and what it’s going to take to get it back up and running! I only recommend CSS to care for all your computer repairs and software issues!

Service is great when ever I have a virus they know how to fix it. They did a great clean up of my old computer boots and loads programs a lot faster very professional.
