I recently moved from Creekside. I had a nice apartment, great view, a beautiful pool. There are a lot of great neighbors. I received my full deposit back and I thought Tom is an excellent manager.
I recommend Creekside to anybody who wants to live in Fairfax.

My son and I have made Creekside Apartments our home these past 12 years. He was able to attend the California Distinguished Schools nearby and learned to swim in the beautiful pool here at the complex.
The grounds are lovely and well maintained. A visiting friend once compared Creekside to Club Med. In addition, we could not ask for better neighbors who are quiet and who respect the privacy of other tenants. Our manager, Tom Walsh, is kind, friendly, unobtrusive, and always willing to oblige. I honestly have to say that Creekside, now under new ownership, is the best it has ever been. It is a pleasure to live here and be part of this great community.
