This place is very reasonable for dry cleaners. They do an amazing job for the price and the people are super friendly. People only write bad reviews when the establishment mess up once and they never give them a good review.

I use this location for its convenience, price and quick service. I’ve never had and issue here and the staff actually remember me when I walk in. Like most dry-​clean places, if you arrive before 9:00am, your clothing (mostly shirts) will be ready by 5:00pm. Ask if your pants, ties, etc will be ready.

Have been using their service for the past 5 years, I always liked the service until recently. We gave a large batch of clothes for dry cleaning and after pick up we realized that we were missing 4 expensive items, such as shirts from Nordstrom, cashmere cardigan etc. When we contacted the place, we were transferred to Irving who is their manager. He told us that there is nothing he can do but at most offer $ 50 store credit. They kept on asking if we were sure we didn’t have the items at our house!!! It was more then $ 400 worth of items got lost and no one wanted to compensate us. Such a disappointment, we will never be coming back!

High quality cleaners, fast service, at a very competitive and affordable price. I spoke to the manager, who provided an immediate and thoughtful response to a customer concern. My conversation with him was refreshing and I found him to be most respectful and interested in running a terrific business. Am very impressed. I would ask standard readers of my reviews to disregard completely my earlier post, this business. Thank you.

Came here a few times… They lost one of my shirts and offered me $ 15. I told them the shirt cost at least $ 80 but they won’t do anything else about it.
They also broke two buttons on one of my jacket and it was wrinkly when I picked it up. The guy behind the counter dares to ask «you SURE the buttons weren’t broken already?»
Yeah I am never coming back

I have been using Dry Clean NOVA for over a year now and have been very satisfied with the quality of their services considering the low prices they charge. You can’t expect the quality to be the same as it would be from a place that charges 3 times as much. But I do think Dry Clean NOVA offers excellent value for the money. They are also reasonably convenient for me to get to on the days I work nearby in Fairfax. And I like the longer hours they offer even though I don’t usually get to take advantage them.
In addition, Dry Clean NOVA offers alteration services that I have used a number of times. The quality and prices here too have been excellent. And the staff overall is quite friendly and accommodating. Also nice is that they do take credit cards which some discount dry cleaners don’t.
I’m very happy to have found Dry Clean NOVA. I had been using a discount dry cleaner in Maryland whose quality and staff courtesy, etc. wasn’t nearly as good.

Not too long ago I received a phone call from the store manager assuring that practices were changing and apologized for any mistakes that may have happened not under his watch. I agreed to come back and try it out again! So far so good. :)

Only came here because they were open until 7pm on Saturday. I give them high appraisals for that seeing that the majority of dry cleaning places in the area close at 5pm on the weekends. They offer same day pick up if you get your garments in by 9am which makes this place better than other dry cleaning places that I have visted. I, however, will not be back because this place is out of the way for me and I learned my lesson not to wait untill 6:45 to get something dry cleaned on a Saturday.

I just discover a new Dry Cleaning place that is now under new Management and it’s awesome. The price is great and the service is definitely classy. Dry Clean Nova is off of Lee hwy and is near Merrifield and Vienna. They do alteration as well and have great hours.
