My husband bday is today thought getting him some to surprise him since he’s flying out for work ! This location was first option from the website !! Omg it was 20 mins away from where my husband stay … That’s when I feel worry. I order around 9 am in ca time asking to be deliver no later then 5:30 pm va time since my husband will be checking in around that time ! I think that enough to get that arrangement !! I called 3 – 4 times asking when my arrangement will get deliver and they kept telling me it in transit !!! Not only it was arrive late but the arrangement was all melted ! The front desk said when they saw it deliver they can’t even express what that is !!! Despite the not helpful front staff at Marriott as well and lack of communication I had to ruin the surprise call my husband to go pick it up at the front desk ! He call me and said oh dear Hun the chocolate all smush and melted ! He took a picture ! I told him to not even open it because it doesn’t look edible at all ! Probably will give him stomach ache !! Horrible experienced and will never ever ever order here again !! I wish I can post the picture of the arrangement so ppl can be aware

So today is my girlfriends birthday. I had no idea what to get her but wanted something useful. Since she is pregnant figured an edible arrangement would be a good idea. So, I call the location down the street from where I live to ask if there were already arrangements made that can be purchased in store the lady told me to order online and it would take 30 mins. I go online at 10 and place an order. There is a 7 minute ready option but I decide to give them time and request an 11:00 pickup. Well I am here and have been told twice already that it is not ready and it will take 5 minutes then another 5 minutes and now she says 2 minutes because it has to go in the freezer. There should not have been an option to pay online rather than in the store because I just paid $ 50 for an arrangement that is not ready at the requested time. So 11:30 a bag is carried out and it was not what I ordered online. I was told the picture online was not sold in that store the way represented on the website. I was very upset and explained with picture in hand what I paid for and what was expected also the fact that I spoke with the female on the phone and clearly explained I would be ordering a birthday«arrangement» not boxes of birthday decorated fruit. Anyway, I was given one free birthday fruit pop(part of what was originally ordered) and for my time I had them throw in free birthday Mylar balloons to call it even. The guy was very polite and initially was not trying to understand what I was saying but after I pulled up the order and explains what I clicked to purchase compared to what I was provided he seemed apologetic. He also so it normally doesn’t take 30 minutes but since I was promised that time frame it was rushed… Hmm I gave them more time and if their location is not prepared to fulfill orders at short notice they need to customize their time options on the website reflecting the earliest time available at their location. The counter looked in total disarray with nearly 20 orders. They looked really busy and I am an understanding person especially since I ordered last minute but the obligation to fulfill an order by a requested time is the basic concept of customer service.

This is a Horrible Horrible Store! I was supposed to get a delivery on a Friday, I wasn’t home, so they were going to delivery it on Monday, Monday came and went Tuesday Came and went to final at 5:15 on Wednesday they final showed up with melted chocolate! They promised me every day they would deliver, held me hostage at my house for 3 days! Promise me that they would give me something extra for my pain and nothing! I usually have really good service from Edible Arrangements, but this store is not a representation of the store! I also might add that I was home with a new born and had to run and get her formula and diapers, had to have my mom and Husband do the shopping as I waited for them to show up!

I ordered from this location late afternoon for same day delivery(as was indicated was okay on the website) — the order went through — I received confirmation for delivery — and then they called me to say they couldn’t deliver because they had too many deliveries. I’ve never had a problem with other locations around the U.S. but I would not use this location.

A close friend had ordered a medium size edible arrangement for my husband and I as we had just lost a close relative. The first basket came to our house and it was scorching hot out. My husband and I were mourning our loss at his mom’s house and upon our return we found the arrangement completely melted with a large hole in the plastic as if some animal had gotten into it. When I called the location to ask for a new one, they hesitated and said they would send me complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. I said no I want what my friends paid money for. Instead of leaving the fruit outside on a hot summer day, they should have called us to let us know there was something out there. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when the manager finally agreed to send me a small basket instead of what was originally ordered which was a medium(after the manager told me he was already going to lose too much money as if it’s my fault they left the thing out there to spoil) they did it again! I even had given them the new address of where we would be and they still brought it to our house where we weren’t home and they didn’t call my number to inform me which I had given them a new number! I am totally disappointed as the second basket also got spoiled in the heat and again animals got into it. So at the end of the day I don’t think I’d ever order from this location at least.

I places an order 4 days before valentines say. The location was across the street from this Edible arrangments. I was very confident that it will get delivered but they let me down. So I called the this location 6 times and no one picked up. I mean seriously you should just shut the shop down and go lie to someone else because the website still says order now and get it the same day. I am very disappointed and will never return. I am hoping to just get my money back. I don’t need you customer service bull shit since you already fucked up my day. I wish you would advertise this on your website that we will NOT deliver your gifts but love your money. Please do not go there. There are better shops with better service in the area. So I get a call from the driver who was suppose to deliver the gift at 5:30pm. He called and said could you tell me the address where I’m suppose to deliver this. And my answer was like«Who are you»(answer) oh I’m calling from Edible arrangements”. I asked him that it is very late and the place where my girlfriend works is closed now please tell your manager to give me a refund. He hung up and I never got a call from them.

Went in today and stood there for 20+ minutes while waiting to place an order while one guy was on phone. Then when finally my turn, he continued to answer the phone making me wait again while I had already been waiting all that time. They screwed up my order had to redo it. Then tried to rush me out without giving me a receipt until I demanded one. Finally I just got home with my box of dipped chocolate fruit and wasn’t drizzled with white chocolate and looks like complete crap. These places are a rip and the customer service is horrendous. Basic customer service skills 101, take care of the customer I front of you. I made the effort to drive to your store with money in hand. Screw this place. So disgusted… And this was after I left the Haymarket location after being completely ignored for 20 minutes and was told basically to bad. Never ever again.
