I had a very bad experience with Robin. She is not trustworthy. She claimed she had 6 custom panels made for my living room after I picked out the fabric. I found the exact website where she ordered the pre-​made panels, and boy, was I over charged. On her invoice she charged me separately for the fabric and the lining. What a joke, they came pre-​made. The only way she made them custom was to change the tab tops to pinch pleats. The fabric is thin like a burlap and should have had a black-​out lining added. She never mentioned this as an option. Only after I complained to her 4 months later because the fabric has faded and turned yellow, she told me I should have added it. How was I to know that! That’s why I’m paying for her services. She told me she knew I needed it, but never mentioned it because of my budget constraints. She told me to send her another $ 500 for the curtains to be re-​done and the black-​out lining added. She has cashed my check and has still not resolved this problem. It’s been 4 months.
