We totally agree with the previous review. We have been using their services for about a year now and they are the worst. It sometimes take 3 – 5 days for a return call. I leave messages and messages and no return call. Looking for a new management company. Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

We rented through Horizons for more than 3 years and their customer service was consistently poor. This agency will waste your time and then blame you or the property owner for their shortcomings. Avoid this property manager at all costs, unless you like to be ignored and mistreated.
