Impressions Carpet and Restoration

I must have had an off technician compared to these other reviews.
I was required to use this company by my rental unit’s property management company. The technician didn’t even do half of what he was supposed to do, and didn’t write anything on the receipt about requiring extra treatment, and then told our management company that he did.
I called Impressions back and Gayle said that they always write additional recommendations on their invoices (which they didn’t) and that the technician said I declined simple, move out services that we were required by my lease, which never happened.
I requested their response to the matter three times now and they have yet to talk to me. Total waste of money, and now they have to go back and fix their own mistake.
The only positives are that they showed up on time, when they said they would and Gayle was nice on the phone when I called (prior to the actual carpet cleaning).
Poor quality, poor customer service and I would never use this company because of their lack of professionalism in dealing with the situation.

I had my daughter’s rental unit cleaned before she moved out. It was a privately owned townhouse whereby the owner did not clean the carpets prior to them moving in. After the technician from Impressions completed a deep clean, removing prior stains that were there upon move-​in, it was almost new carpet! The carpet was a lower-​end grade in the first place, had 5 years of wear and tear from the owner’s family and pets, but Impressions really delivered a miracle… even on worn out stairs. I will continue to use them in my own home because of this experience. As far as working with the team, Gayle is wonderful and very accommodating and the technician (wish I remembered his name) was on-​time, professional and diligent. Highly recommend.

Impressions Carpet is one fantastic company. They have a very friendly staff (Gayle at the office is awesome to work with) and their prices and punctuality is unrivaled. Most importantly, their work is superb. 5 stars all the way!

My company has been working with impressions for a while now however I try not to write any reviews until they do work for me personally.
I scheduled them to clean my carpet upon moving out of a rental house and they did a good job to get as much life out of dead carpet as possible.
I know there are plenty of carpet companies out there, however I believe impressions does good work without being to expensive.
I only took off one star because they didn’t clean the day I had asked, the property was vacant so it wasn’t a rush, but I didn’t even know the carpets hadn’t been cleaned until the next day. I recognize things happen so it wasn’t a major issue to me, I believe had I been waiting they would have been there on time.

I recommend Impressions. They were courteous over the phone and willing to provide an estimate (based on the number of rooms in the house plus number of carpeted stairs). They arrived on time. They were thorough with paperwork. They did a great job steam cleaning carpet. They called when the work was complete.
I recommend.
