This location is decently sized and has a great staff. I’ve been in a handful of times and everyone has always been super helpful, if not a bit pushy. I sometimes have to put my foot down and say «No, I do not want to try on every style in the store.» Hey, they’re just doing their jobs, though. Even during the sales, lucy is never too crowded and I can find what i need… well, what I WANT, without issue. My only complaint is that they never have more than a few sports bras on sale (compared with the other nearby lucy location in Tyson’s). Overall, great quality clothing and superb service at lucy.

Lucy offers higher end workout clothes and extremely friendly staff. The second you walk through the door you are greeted warmly and asked if you need any assistance. Then if an associate sees you walking around with items in your hand they will offer to start a dressing room for you. Customer service here is second to none!
The clothing runs pricey, but it’s well made, long lasting and very well sized, so don’t let the price tag scare you away. They have great sales and often partner with other local businesses to provide freebies and giveaways (ex: free tote at Pilates on the plaza, free hot yoga intro class, etc).
I just wish their clothing came in more of a variety of colors. They typically have a few tones that carry through out the collection each season, but I would love to see some patterns or a more varied color palate.

I love the customer service in this store. I’ve been here twice and both times the ladies were very kind and made me feel very comfortable in the store. I am a larger girl and they made me feel beautiful just the way I am. The clothes last a long time and are great quality. They fit awesome. be prepared to shell out some funds but you know that going in so it doesn’t make me want to rate them less because the clothes and service support the price.

I stopped in here because I had 20 mins to kill before an appointment. I am a Lucy virgin and knew nothing about the store except that it carried workout clothing and there was 30% sales sign outside the door. I walked in and it reminded me a lot of Athelta or Luluemon which already rates high for me since I am a workout manic. The two employees that were working were very helpful in telling me about the sales promotion and finding items in the right colors and size. I scored 2 pairs of workout shorts that are exactly what I need for kickboxing. I also found a decent sports bra that is made for high intensity workouts for a decent price. I was disappointed that they were out of black or white in the particular style i ended up deciding on. I think it worked out though since now I have a nice coral color sports bra that keeps the girls from bouncing.

This place is really nice. I really only came in because I had gotten a Specialicious deal for Chic Envy, which is right down the street. They were having a sale and I needed new running shorts and workout shirts. The girl working behind the counter was nice but kind of hover-ey, like she was going to tackle me if I tried to steal something. But I was the only person in the store, so maybe that’s their thing? Probably too expensive for me to shop at without a sale, but oh well.

I LOVE LUCY (HAHA) clothes, they are well made and last forever, comfortable and stylish. Having said that the non-clearance stuff is way too expensive. Online is much better, same stuff, also look for coupons, and I share them when I am there. Staff is helpful there in that regard too, wish they did have good sales, seems like they used to.

I love the store. I love the clothes. I love accessories. I love the helpful staff. I hate the prices. They have good Clearance sales for the ending season but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a sale on current season inventory.

On my way to meet my girlfriends for the movie, I noticed a new store in Fairfax Corner right up the street from Rio Grande. With its bright orange sign it was hard to miss, and even harder to pass up with the huge «sale» signs in the window.
I’ve been looking for a small lined bag to use instead of a bulky diaper bag that looks like. well, a diaper bag. On the side of one of the sale racks hung a cute brown tote with pink handles and lining. For $ 6 it was mine!
This cute, welcoming shop carries active wear (mostly for running and yoga) as well as pants, coats and blouses that are nice enough to for work. Most of the stuff at Lucy’s is made out of wearable fabrics that you can throw in a suitcase or bag for a weekend trip.
