Mary stop lying all the residents hat your 3 year policy. Half of your houses are empty. You wasted so much money. If you remove that stupid policy then you will gain a lot more money. Listen to what the residents want

Be aware. The place is nice but they have a very weird and stupid policy. They sign a contract with you for a year and it is not guaranteed to be renewed after. If you are lucky, they will renew it and there is a maximum of 3 years no matter what. Many many residents requested changing this policy, including myself, but the management do not care. They have bad marketing and business practices. So if you are ready to move in to a place where you are not guaranteed to renew your contract, go to Masonvale.
