McDonald’s

I’ve been to this McDonald’s to eat in few times and had good experiences. However, I do not recommend trying the late night drive thru. Consistent with the reviews that came before my post here, you will not get what you ordered. I ordered a triple cheese burger and paid extra for Mac sauce to be added since I love my cheese burgers from there that way. I get home, open up my burger and find NO Mac sauce and only 2 patties when I paid for the triple! Had I dined in, I would have complained, but didn’t get the surprise until I was home. I have always enjoyed and had a wonderful experience at McDonald’s in the past and growing up, but I’m sad to say that this is the first time McDonald’s has truly let me down and ruined my experience. I’m NOT «lovin’ it. I wish I had read the other reviews on this location, but I shall repeat what the other posts have stated and advise NOT to go to the drive thru at this location.

They messed up my burger order 3 times! They skimped on the fries and we’re not very serviceable or apologetic. I thought some of my mushrooms were bacon they were cooked so hard and the person taking my order thought I asked for no bun when I said no cheese.

Really bad fries and the cheeseburger was too salty.

It’s one of the clear and more friendly McDonalds I’ve been to. The TV’s in the dining area are new, so that’s nice. Came here while waiting for the Midas guys to do some work on my truck.

Well I went to this Mcd’s one night and it smelled like poop in the entire place!!! I asked one of the counter people why it stunk like ass and they said someone had pooped all over the ground in the women’s bathroom and they cleaned it, but the smell had stayed! Then he started bawling out laughing! Geeze wtf? I was so grossed out by this, that I just went across the street and ordered a pizza. By far the worst experience I have ever had at an Mcd’s!!! PLAIN FOUL!!!

This is NOT the go to place for a late night meal. This is the closest mcdonalds open 24 hours to my house. And since I get off work at 2:30 am, my options are limited. Tonight I was craving a Big Mac. When I got home, I came to realize my fries were unsalted. My Big Mac was dry with BARELY any Big Mac sauce on it. On top of that, THERE WERE CARROTS IN MY SANDWICH! The Big Mac is my favorite item on the menu and I’ve never seen carrots in them. I understand it’s late and people are tired but if I’m paying for a Big Mac I expect a BIG MAC. Not a half assed sandwich. And these are the people demanding to be paid $ 15 an hour. Can’t even get an order right.

One of the best McDonald’s I have been to. They are always friendly and fast and the order is always correct.

This McDonalds is really great. The staff is awesome, and the service is fast ;)

My five star rating is based on comparing this McDonald’s to others in Fairfax. I like this McDonald’s. I go there for breakfast on weekends. For lunch, less frequently. Service is fast and courteous. Any size coffee is $ 1.00. (The other cheapskate McDonalds in the area charge more for medium and large sizes). Food is prepared properly and served hot. Restaurant is clean and orderly.

This McDonald’s used to be very bad and slow. Lately, they have greatly improved and no longer rank 1^st on my ranking of the worst McDonalds in the area; Courthouse Plaza McDonald’s now holds that title.

I was initially unsure on how to rate this McDonald’s. First, I thought the service was very good. I used a coupon that I got in the mail for a $ 1.00 Filet-​O-​Fish and I used a Valentine’s Day certificate for a free small ice cream cone. The manager did not even bat an eye when I used them together. I thought that was great. She got my food incredibly fast.
On the other hand, while I was waiting for my food, another customer came up to the counter and complained about his food. He showed the manager that one of his McNuggets was raw. I saw it, and it was definitely pink in the middle. He was very upset and asked for his money back. The manager was apologetic, but I think they could have been more apologetic. They gave his money back to him, and he left. I felt they should have done more because that mistake is a very big deal.
So I give this place 2 stars. Raw fast food is a big deal!
