Mr Bill Tice has a big part on it, he is the one who did all the paper work from the biginning until the closing time .he was there for us. This letter is written to address the unprofessional manner in which MVB Mortgage treated my wife and me, including multiple violations. Parties committed fraud by inflating the property value at 3925 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC 20 020. MVB Mortgage tried to deceive me (buyer) by not disclosing known issues until after I signed sales contract. Robert R. Riddell committed gross negligence or willful misconduct by sending misleading appraisal. The signed approved Sales Contract was based on a false, inflated and misleading appraisal. We have suffered real damages as a result of MVB Mortgage actions or inactions.

I worked with Christian Searle with MVB.
He used rough & disrespectful language & was screaming over the phone once the mortgage was purchased.
I am surprised that MVB Mortgage group has hired an unprofessional person.
I will personally go & file complaint in the Mortgage group for his behaviour.
I used him once and never use him again.
Don’t recommend him, save time and find someone else
