Dirty and slow.
Doctors’ waiting rooms never inspire tons of confidence in terms of hygiene, but at Quest, you don’t even want to sit in the chairs. Facility is in the lower level at the back of the building – and it feels like you’re in some guy’s basement. Confidence-​inspiring.
Appointments seem to be nothing more than a reminder for you to show up at a certain time and wait. The staff certainly doesn’t honor appointment times, instead going on «first-​come, first-​serve» basis. That means you can show up 10 minutes before your appointment time and wait an hour while they serve walk-​ins and people with appointments after yours.
Staff doesn’t understand their computer system, and billing questions are hopeless.
Only pro was the nurse/​technician, who was friendly and professional. +1 star for her and her alone.
