This Starbucks nails it! I am not a morning person by nature, but it sure does help when the folks there are engaged and so nice to you at 6:30 am!
What nailed it for me, the barrister actually remembered my drink of choice from like 2 weeks prior! Woohoo!
The facility is clean, well organized, and there is plenty of seating space upstairs.
I will look forward to going to this Starbucks more often for my morning coffee.

This is probably my least favorite location for my Starbucks addiction. The drinks just never taste as good as when I get the same order at Kamp Washington, and it’s definitely not the cleanest coffee shop in the world. In fact, it is currently 6:30pm, and the doors are firmly locked while the frowning employees look like they are giving the premises a deep clean after a nuclear blast. No explanation, nor sign on the door, just a firm shake of the head through the glass as caffeine-​starved customers claw vainly on the façade.

Call me crazy if you will, but I don’t particularly care for Starbuck’s coffee. I stopped here because I had a giftcard that’s been burning a hole in my wallet, and also I was going to be super early to work since I hit absolutely no traffic today, being that it is the day before Christmas Eve and apparently everyone took off of work except me. I don’t typically review chains either unless I had either a really positive or really negative experience. I’m happy to say this was really positive due to the outstanding customer service. My experience in the past with Starbucks customer service has been rather dismal, typically I’ve been met with the «We are Starbucks and we can do whatever we want» attitude. Today, I was greeted with a smile, despite the extensive line forming behind me, and I also did not experience any rolling of the eyes when I asked if the barista could «briefly describe» The special Christmas Blonde Roast. She happily answered me too when I inquired about it being a pour over, and she offered the tidbit (not that I plan on stopping in after 12pm anyways though) that they only do pour overs after 12 of the blonde roast. I had negligible wait since I wasn’t having a specialty drink and I was in and out within 5 minutes. I’ll stop in here again since my gift card still has a $ 22 balance on it, rather than patronize the Starbucks near my place in Pentagon Row, due to the friendly smile and quick service I received.

Much better service than other Starbucks in the area. They know how to serve customers here and quickly. Came in on a Saturday morning, very busy, but did not have to wait more than a minute to order. Got my pastry quick after being warmed. Waited maybe 3 minutes for my beverage, which was fine considering the number of people in the location at the time and waiting. Enjoyed my blueberry scone and grande hot chocolate. I’m not a coffee drinker, but there are certainly way more drinks to choose from even if you don’t like coffee.

One of the Starbucks near where I live. The inside is clean, friendly staff, and consistent with their drinks. I come here very often to relax and read a book. It’s mostly in the afternoon so it’s easy to find seats.

Mediocre service and attitudes of the staff. Their drinks are subpar and I am never satisfied with anything I get here. Go elsewhere for better quality.

Out of all the Starbucks, this one is ok but the service is great and I love how fast they are with the drinks. This will always be my go to Starbucks

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. There’s nothing special about the coffee here that you couldn’t get from another Starbucks. However, I’ll give this place 4 stars because I feel like it has more outlets and seating than other Starbucks’ and I like the layout more (the majority of seating is on a second floor, so noise from the main ordering counter is lessened, better for working). The staff is friendly, and so far has never gotten my order wrong. I would pick this Starbucks out of others if I had to choose.

$ 2.80 for a small cup of ordinary decaf coffee? why?

A bunch of stuck up servers who are more concerned with their social life and chumming with the few repeat customers who showed up. The rest of us they made wait forever for expensive drinks that were made wrong. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Starbucks is a franchise… I come here I get coffee and majority of the time the staff is friendly and accommodating. I love that this location is open late versus other Starbucks partially because if I want late night Java this is where I’m gonna go.
My only gripe is sometimes they get swamped and I spend 15 mins waiting for a drink. Hopefully this location invest in the fax/​online orders so it cuts down on time.
Either way if your expecting impeccable perfection from Starbucks… good luck… Until then this place will do.

I love the people who work at this Starbucks! they’re super friendly and helpful and are always willing to make sure you get what you like. Probably the best Starbucks in the area and it has an awesome seating area upstairs.

The gourmet coffee is good but there instant hot coffee has this taste to it. I like the flat white it is very good. I come here when I want to spend $ 6 dollars and when i want hot milk in my coffee which is a latte. I still prefer dunkin donuts. Starbucks has good lattes, Dunkin has the best coffee though

Great two story Starbucks with ample space indoors. Service was fairly quick and it was easy to find seating. But there are way too many Middle school to High school kids and they only have one bathroom that is shared with everyone and it wasn’t too clean.

The seating area up the stairs is a good spot for work or chatting with friends but it can get a little loud depending on the amount of people there.
I think they have a slight tendency to over roast which leaves the coffee with a slight burnt flavor which personally I’m not too fond of.

Stopped in after work the other day and the place was packed. Maybe it was because of school being closed? Well I decided to wait out the line and it was worth it. The coffee was what i expected, but the customer service and cleanliness of the place was outstanding!

The best feature of this particular Starbucks is the large study space on the second floor — it’s perfect for getting work done while sipping on a cup of coffee. Service is reasonable (though, in my experience, a little slow at times — expected, I suppose), and the space itself is decently clean. The coffee is just your standard Starbucks coffee — no better, no worse.
A few suggestions: In my experience, the temperature has never been comfortable — it’s always freezing. It’d be nice if they dialed down the arctic blast in there. The lighting is pretty dim, especially in the evenings, which is the perfect recipe for eye strain. Given that so many people come here to work, and given that this particular Starbucks encourages that work by providing the upstairs space, it would be really wonderful if they brightened the place a bit.

Great service and I know few barista and they do make awesome lattes! This SBux always have the pods and today they stocked up on Casi Cielo & a new one on board: tribute blend: not too bold, would say medium but it’s tasty!

Not my normal Starbucks but I was near the court house and was in need of a fix. They had a line coming out the door and they moved through it with ease. I didn’t get a chance to check out the upstairs but with GMU and the court house right down the street I can imagine its a bustling place with students studying and Lincoln lawyers meeting with clients lol.
They got my drink perfect and I was pleased enough with my experience.
