I love this place. Good food and heavenly deserts. Last night we went for dinner with my family and the kids loved the burgers and I had the chicken crispy sandwich — tastly. For desert we had the smorese cake and it waS DELICIOUS.

I came for coffee and just a little something to eat, not a full blown meal. I got the caramel royale macchiato and I thought it would be s small mug but it came out to be in a pint glass. Haha soooooo much sugar. If you have a sweet tooth then this is the drink for you. I also had the tomato basil flatbread. It was very please to the eye and it was good, just a little on the greasy side. Our server was nice and checked on us regularly. No complaints there.

Much confusion around the take out menu. Called in and ordered, gave name etc. and car information Showed up per their instructions and they were clueless. Oh well hope food is good, still not ready after giving them more time than they asked for.

Love the skinny menu. The Asian chicken salad is my go to meal. My son loves the skinny burger. Skinny Cosmo is very yummy but watch out for the $ 12 price tag(not posted on the menu) for 1 skinny cocktail. Update. I went back and ate my Asian salad, son loved the soft tacos. Good service; music is at a better more comfortable level, we could chat without yelling. The manager did call me about the cocktail price. So I know the manager does read the reviews on Unilocal.I ordered a glass of wine on this recent trip.

Sometimes you just have to eat at the Cheesecake Factory– and it’s a great excuse to go when you have gift cards to burn there from the holidays. We haven’t been to a CF in years, mostly because we don’t tend to eat at chains if we have a choice. But, I’ve never had a horrible meal there and who doesn’t like their cheesecake!!! So we waited 5 mins or so for our table to be sat, which isn’t bad, and we were seated in the only quiet area of the restaurant, near the back. We were greeted quickly by a female server, with short hair, who’s name escapes me. She was quick with us and not extremely personable. She got our drinks for is and bread almost immediately. Then she took our orders, and threw me for a loop when she said they were out of turkey for a Renee’s special turkey sandwich. So we ordered everyone else’s and our appetizers while I perused the menu again. I decided On a chopped salad and she left. Then, all of a sudden, we were greeted by the complete opposite of our original server, Jay. He was friendly, warm and personable. He immediately put napkins under our drinks because the original server had not, and said that it was shift change and he was taking over. Talk about a 180! He was awesome! Jay was probably one of the most attentive servers we’d ever had in our lives and truly an asset to that company. We got our food, which was delicious and hugely portioned as Cheesecake Factories tend to always be… Both of my girls wanted chicken fettuccine Alfredo, my husband ordered Chicken Bellagio and I had the chopped salad. All was great and since we had the gift cards, we were going to get dessert and bring it home! We told Jay that we wanted to walk around the mall a bit, then take our dessert to go– he suggested we order it now, they’d package it and all we’d have to do is stop by the front to pick it up from the cooler. We ordered a few pieces, paid for it with our check and kept it by name in the front. 30 mins went by, we were ready to pick it up and I got back and the line was 15 + people deep. I waited a while and it just wasn’t moving. This saved no time. None. After at least 10 mins, I asked two managers at the front desk if they’d be willing to grab by cakes from the cooler since I’d already paid for it. They didn’t seem pleased with the situation at all, and even after I gave them my name, and the exact flavors of cheesecake in the bag, they were still hesitant to give me my things. They said that my server didn’t follow standards, so I feel badly if Jay got in trouble, I don’t think he should be. I just didn’t want to wait an hour on line for my freaking dessert. P.S– the salted caramel, lemon raspberry crème cheese cake and the red velvet were all delicious.

Any item for your main course, but always start with Chicken Samosa. Kids will be happy when brought in for their Bday’s. The waitress and stewards sing for them and make the dinner a memorable one. Thank you cheese cake factory.

I’ve been going to this Cheesecake Factory ever since it opened. It’s my favorite restaurant and I would have to say the one in fair oaks have always exceeded my expectations. I am always greeted warmly and my server never fails to refill my drink or check up on me here and there. I would say I come here around 20 times a year. Although it does get packed and you might have to wait 45 minutes for a table, that is something that can’t be helped. No matter how busy it is or if the waiter or waitress has been having a bad day it doesn’t hinder them from being nice and making sure everything is going well. Also I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and I would say they give a plentiful amount(especially the pasta). The prices are moderate as well.

After hours of shopping, we decided to treat ourselves to some food. We walked and walked around the mall trying to find something we BOTH wanted(you know how that goes *eyerolls*) «Subway?» «Not in the mood.» «Sushi?» «Oh. No wait you hate Sushi…» «Panda Express?» «GROSS!» «Chik-Fil-A?» «Too greasy!» «Texas De Brazil?» «YES!!! But it’s so expensive…» «Nevermind.» You get the idea. So, we both decided to just go home, go to Harris Teeter and grab something from the salad bar. «Have you ever had Cheesecake Factory?» «Um. No! All they serve is cheesecake.» «Babes, they also have normal food!» «What? No way! Let’s eat there then!» As soon as we entered we were sat. Our waiter took our drink order, came back with the drinks and then disappeared for like 20 minutes… Nothing. Finally came back and asked us if we were ready to order. Sure. For the appetizer we ordered the Tomato and Basil Flat Bread(so yummy) I ordered a Caesar Salad & and my Fiancé ordered the«Bacon Bacon Cheeseburger» so we waited for our to arrive… About 10 minutes later our waiter comes back with bread, it would have been nice to know they give you free bread, we would have totally not ordered the unnecessary appetizer. -.- Anyways, skipping to the food, my Caesar Salad was good. Very Fresh. My Fiancé’s burger was MASSIVE. He can eat, and he couldn’t finish it! That’s how massive it was. It looked amazing too. Needless to say, we were so full we skipped on the dessert. We felt like 2 pregnant whales. Food: 4.5 Waitstaff: 3.0(please be more attentive) Ambiance: 4.8

Food was amazing as usual. However the service was horrible. The server who brought our food out slammed the dishes on the table and left without saying anything. When we asked the same server for some napkins she threw the napkins on the table and walked away. We’ve never gotten this kind of service before and mentioned it to the manager as we were about to head out. She apologized and offered us a slice of cheesecake which was very nice.

Absolutely wonderful service. My waitress Madeleine was prompt and had excellent recommendations! Not once did I have to fight to get her attention; she seemed very instinctive. I chose the lunch portion of the pasta carbonara with chicken, followed my the kahlua cheesecake. Drinks from the bar were wonderful as well. Will definitely be returning, seeing as how the happy hour menu has a lot to offer!

You honestly can’t go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory. You want steak… cool, they have it. Chicken, cool. Pasta… yep, it’s on there. Asian, American, Mexican, Italian… check, check, check and check! I opted for an Asian chicken salad… it arrived in a bowl the size of a large pizza! It’s beautifully decorated and perhaps a little dark. It’s usually packed — probably because they literally have something for everyone. Service has always been nice as well. Tip… order your salads undressed and add as you go. You’re bound to take some of it home so you might as well keep the lettuce from getting soggy.

Service was really pleasant. Everyone was very friendly and the food was great! My friend and I had the Fried Zucchini as an appetizer which was very hot inside but very fresh and crispy. Then for the main dish we ordered rhe Luau Salad and the Louisiana Pasta. The salad was delicious. Crispy layer of fried chip(?) went very well with the salad. It had a sesame seed dressing and the salad was rich with flavor. The pasta was also good but it was more in the home style comfort food kind of way. The fried chicken on top was kind of thin and little more brown then I would have liked it… But it was still very good. The portions for these meals were so large we had to take half of each home. Then for for dessert my friend and I shared the Mango Key Lime Cheesecake. The coconut crust on the bottom and the light and fun flavors in the middle was a great! It made you stop thinking and enjoy the moment.

I went last night for the last day of ~½ off cheesecake~. I mean who can honestly pass that up? Definitely not me. It was super packed, but even more than usual because of the awesome deal that they had going on. I went right after work around 9 pm and decided to sit at the bar rather than wait a long time for a table. My friend and I decided on just desserts and drinks for the night. Our bartender, Michael, was extremely nice and attentive. You get started off with some free bread, yum carbs. Although we ordered just drinks, I’ve been there plenty of times to know that you won’t get disappointed in the food. The service however is a hit or miss and depends how busy it is that day. I enjoy going here though but I wish they had some more space so the waits weren’t so ridiculous sometimes. The menu is extensive and about 20+ pages long. I do not know how the servers/bartenders do it. Good place to go if you can’t decide what to eat — there are soo many options plus good dessert!

This Fair Oaks location has been consistent in their food quality and service. I specifically enjoy dining and drinking right at the bar. The staff is very attentive and they have good tv screens. We recently came by to enjoy their half price Cheesecake specials. But first a few drinks after a rough week, and then we also ordered several apps and finally bellied up to ordering ‘cheesecake’. The Dynamite Shrimp were meh, probably not worth ordering again. The tiny shrimp were overly coated with a tempura type of breading. It was a very small plate. The Buffalo Blasts were the complete opposite. The portion was enough for a group of people. These were spicy chicken wrapped in a won ton wrapper then breaded and fried. It came with 2 dipping sauces that were excellent. This will definitely be on my next meal plan. We enjoyed our full slices of cheesecake after a few hours. The staff was kind enough to let us take these bargain priced deals homes.

I’m not a huge chain fan, but we had a gift certificate so we were on for a meal and some cheesecake. I’ve got to say, this was maybe the best experience I’ve had in terms of service in a really long time. The staff was really attentive but not overbearing and made great recommendations based on what we described as liking and not liking. It’s hard to have exceptional food when you have 60+ dishes on your menu, but the food we ordered was solid. And, of course, the peanut butter cup cheesecake we shared at the end was glorious.

It’s the Cheesecake Factory. Their menu is a book. There is something here for everyone. Huge variety of Appetizers, Main Dishes, Light Menu, Drinks, and Desserts. Leave room for Cheesecake, it’s delicious. The Godiva is one of my top favorites. I’ve been to this particular location a bunch of times now since it’s the closest one to home. Employees have been friendly and helpful for most of our visits. During a recent visit here, our server was incredibly attentive and really made our lunch special. Thank you! We’ve ordered food to go from here as well. There is reserved parking for customers who are picking up their food, which is a nice touch. You can also go in to just order cheesecake as well. Their dessert counter is to your left upon entrance. Restrooms are towards the right of the restaurant, upon entering.

Warning: stupidly pretentious review follows. I’m not sure who as at fault for the meteoric rise of these places. Every mall in America features a Cheesecake factory, and they’re all obnoxious; every dish is over-the-top-decadent, slathered in sauces and butters and sugary noodles, and belongs at a country fair. The salads at a CCF are more bacon and blue cheese than anything of redeeming value, and I dare you to find literally 5 items on a menu that features 100 things that your grandma would have served up at her house.(Which is my crappy way of saying that NOTHING in here is made of simple, natural ingredients) I’m not considered«granola» or «crunchy» but I have zero desire to expose my gut to the workings here or in places like it. We need to be better. Find some real food. Break out from the mall, care what goes in your gullet. /rant

It’s always a hit or miss with this place. Honestly the experience all depends on your waiter/waitress. I ended up ordering a new dish this time around. I usually get the lettuce Thai wraps. Mmm… Not too impressed with my choice. It was a chipotle pasta dish. They have a Sheila avocado salad on the menu which I just noticed for the first time which is pretty awesome :) it’s always great to have your name show up on a menu, right? Haha! Of course we had to try it! Well, they left off the Avocados! Ha! We also ordered a beets an goat cheese salad which was WONDERFUL! I would highly recommend this to anyone :)

This is my go-to place when I want consistent food and drink! An added convenience is doing a bit of mall shopping since this Cheesecake Factory is in the Fair Oaks Mall. Service(lunch, happy or dinner) seems best when sitting in the bar area. There’s a nice convenient TV to track sports, check out the news, or just plain olé’ veg out. The bar server is always on her/his A-game! My fav app is their Fried Zucchini sticks. They actually bread and fry up these babies from scratch, none of that pull the bag from the freezer, fry it up, and call it Fried Zucchini. Their salad are GINORMOUS. A few selections have lunch or half portions. I always order the Chinese Chicken Salad, there’s plenty of chicken breast, the right amount of scallions, oranges, nuts, and other crunchy treats. The bread at the Cheesecake Factory is like crack… I eat it there, order more, and then pack more to go… addiction never tasted this good.
