This company operates with bad business practices. I had been a customer of theirs for several years. When my system needed service, they answered the phones professionally but never followed through. I would call them several times and each of the times they said they would call back to set up an appointment for service but they never did.
When I cancelled the service they said they would send it to a collection agency. Bad business.
