Weichert Property Management

Run away from Weichert Property Management. Don’t be fooled into thinking that since you see Weichert signs everywhere in this area that their property management must be decent. it’s quite the opposite.
For instance, took 2 weeks to get them to tell us our application was accepted and this should have been an indicator of things to come. Good luck getting a call back on anything, they were constantly incorrect, didn’t do what they said they would and then were abrasive towards us as the tenant. I realize they probably manage thousands of properties and are overwhelmed but they need a better system. I feel sorry for the property owner, they have no clue we almost walked away and left property earning no rent because we couldn’t get Weichert to call us back.

I thought about posting every single instance we had an issue with them but you would think I was kidding, it’s that long. I kept notes and sent certified mail because calls and emails would never get returned… still they ignored us. Clueless.
