Yellow Cab Serv LLC

Yellow Cab is definitely the WORST, here is my experience:
I called for a cab to take me to the airport one day before my departure date, i asked for a car enough to take 3 lauggage and i was told that is fine.
Next day i waited for the taxi to arrive but it didn’t, no calls from Yellow Cab or anything, so i called them, the lady at the customer service told me «we don’t have a car for you», when i told her that i was told a car will come and why you didn’t tell me earlier she transferred me to somebody else suddenly (without even telling me i will be transferred !), when i asked the guy he told me i am the dispatched i don’t know what you are talking about ! when i told him the story and that i have a flight he told me «i can do nothing for you and hanged» !!!
The bottom line is this is the WORST service and customer service EVER

You’re better off trying to train a velociraptor to let you ride it to where you’re going rather than calling these asshats. I got transferred to what I believe was a driver after telling the dispatcher where I was and where I was headed.
The driver then asked me again where I was going, I told him, and he said, «I don’t serve Fairfax.» Well I am not IN Fairfax, I am IN Herndon. And he said, «Shocker, Herndon is IN Fairfax.» I called him a dick because he is.
Why would a dispatcher send me to someone who doesn’t serve where I am going? Why does a cab company headquartered in Fairfax not serve Fairfax? Why does that shitweasel have problems using the word «county» after Fairfax? These are part of the great mystery of the universe.
I’ll ponder those questions as I walk to Reston. My velociraptor isn’t quite trained up enough. I named him «Bitey.»

This cab company has terrible customer service. I needed a cab to get to the Vienna metro quickly, I was told a cab would 10 — 15 minutes. 35 minutes later my cab arrives. It would have been faster for me to take the bus and I would have saved $ 30.00. Never again.

I posted for the wrong cab company. Ignore this review.

Horrible. 3 out of 5 times Iv called the cab left and when I called the dispatcher all they told me was «the driver called you» when my phone had NO missed calls.
