I am updating the review below because ApolloX reached out to me and was very proactive in trying to improve my experience as well as looking to learn how they can be of better service to others. I was very happy that they gave me a refund and I will consider using them again in the future.
I used Apollox to get rid of ground bees and wanted to use a local merchant to give the town the business. However, they were horrible. They came out the first time just to turn around and say the weather wasn’t good to spray, so then had to come out again. On the second time they sprayed, they said that it could take up to 3 weeks to work… after a few weeks I saw absolutely no difference and called them to come back again and they told me I would be charged again! (oh, but at a 40% discount). I thought that was crazy so I called another company who came out and got rid of the bees within 1 visit and the bees were gone within a few days.
I then tried to reach out to Apollox to tell them I don’t think I should be billed since they really didn’t do anything, and they reported me to a collection agency. I called again to try to work it out and they told me that they don’t guarantee their work and that since they did spray, I owe them the money.
All other companies guarantee their work up to at least 60 days, this was a total scam and I highly recommend that you dont use them.
