I gave them a try and I Am very pleased with their service. They gave me a date to Fix my fridge and called me At 9 told me tech would arrive between 2 – 5 and he showed up within his window. When he figured out what was wrong it was then explained to me and the price was very clear 395 for a control board with a 2 year guarantee which was on the back of the receipt and also emailed to me. The actually Had the board on the truck which I was very happy about Would recommend.

Shady practices. First, they have several business names and many phone numbers to appear tobe a local business. I thought I was calling a small repair service in Randolph NJ, not what they later decribed as a «call center» in Fairfield, NJ. They were to call before 9AM on the day of the scheduled service call. They did not. I called twice after 9 and they said they would call me back, They did not. On my third call of the morining I was told the tech had not shown up for work until noon and he would be at our home before 3. The directions to the home were not given to him(I had given detailed ones to the secretery since GPS does not work for our location). The tech got lost. He finally called and we directed him to the home. After 15 minutes here he left, saying we needed an electrician to replace a breaker(he was right and we later did it) but that the stove he was to repair was«too old to fix.» When I booked the appointment I told the secretery the make, model and age of the stove. Why didn’t they tell me then that it was too old to fix? This was a waste of time and money. They charged $ 100 + tax for the seervice call – not giving me the discount offered on the website(apparently that is only for repairs and, yup, my stove was too old to repair. I telephoned the service the day after the call. «Fred» said he would talk to the technician and call me back, He bever did. When I called about the bill that showed up on my credit card statement he said I was supposed to call him, and that he «records all of his calls»(funny, he does not tell you that you are beng recorded.). He said he could play it back for me. I asked him to so do. He said(surprise, surprise) that it would take weeks to find the recording. They have an answer for everything. I feel cheated and tricked and pretty stupid. Beware.

If I can give no stars I’ll do just that !!! I had the worst experience with this guys. First they give me a window of 6 hours when they can come and even that they come hour later than the appointed time !!! Instead calling me 30 min before they arrive they just show up. Had no clue what was wrong with the refrigerator and tell me they don’t know what it is but I have to start with changing the motherboard(that cost 699 $$$) and then they will come back to check if the compressor it’s working properly, or maybe it’s something with the electric, still charge me $ 100 for the visit !! Worse experience ever !!!

I actually told the service tech what I thought the problem was with my washing machine, which was the lid switch. he said he could bypass it which took him at most 2 minutes and charged me 155.15!!! Their website says no sevice charge but what they don’t tell you is that it costs 165.00 to start any repair even if it takes a minute. The service tech ended up giving me a small discount which made my bill with tax 155. Nice of him, but WOULDNOT use again.
