Don’t use this company… total rip off! When we thankfully didn’t hire them to replace our boiler but they sent us a bill for a permit fee. We never asked them to pull a permit and we never hired them to do the job. They only gave us an estimate at the service call which we paid for!
Very unethical behavior… it’s all about how much money they can make off people.

Had problems with the water heater installed by Borenstein three years ago. Still under warranty. There was water around the heater. They replaced the heater for $ 850. However as it turns out, the «Leaking“water very likely came from clogged basement drain rather than the water heater. They refused to return the payment. Based on their «expert» opinion, the water came from the water heater. Can’t recommend using these people. They appear overpriced, and they seemingly don’t stand behind their work.
