The customered service was about normal. They called and confirmed the day before and they were nice enough when they were here. When they brought the stuff, I rented a bounce house and popcorn machine. They wiped down the bounce house with some cleaner they had but it had obviously been put away wet at some point and had mildew stains all over it and it smelled of mildew. I got in and looked around and couldn’t find any«active» mold anywhere but it did not smell good inside and the smell remained the entire time we had it up. The popcorn machine had also not been cleaned recently. I asked the guy if their backup popcorn machine was any cleaner and he didn’t understand what I meant. Obviously looking at the machine it was dirty, there were even left over kernels in the bottom and in the little drawer underneath. From reviews I’ve read on party rental places that’s the norm for popcorn machines :(They brought the stuff early and left it late so the kids were happy and they didn’t mind the smell so alls well that ends well but I spent alot on this and will be looking for better quality elsewhere next time.

We hired this company for our son’s 8th Grade Graduation party. We rented the boxing ring and the sumo suits for a Saturday afternoon, 1:30 — 5:30 p.m. on June 6, 2009. The company arrived an hour and forty minutes late, and gave us multiple excuses about being stuck in traffic, having one of their employees quit, etc. The company offered to leave the equipment overnight and extend our time to compensate for their late arrival — we agreed. We were told that they would return before noon the next day to pick up everything. About 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, no one had arrived to pick up the equipment. When I called the main office to inquire about the status, Bruce answered and said he had no one in the area to pick it up and that it would be later in the day. He made only excuses about how his delivery driver should not have promised that the equipment would be picked up by noon. He was totally indifferent to my concerns about how our business transaction. In my personal opinion, this is definitely a company who does not know the meaning of customer service, nor values return customers.
