The service at this Burger King sucks! I will not be going back to waste my money at this location again. The lady at the window was very rude. Her name is Karina. She really shouldn’t be in the customer service business since she doesn’t know how to talk to a paying customer. She was very rude when we approached the window. When I presented her a coupon. She immediately blurted«WHYDIDNTYOUTELLMEYOUHAD A COUPON!!» «NOW I HAVETODELETEEVERYTHINGANDSTARTOVER» Like damn lady calm down. She could’ve been nicer in speaking to a customer to communicate the process they prefer. I’ve used the coupon there before and they just say, just come to the window first and let me look at it. So what’s the point in even saying it beforehand. For that experience and Karina being very rude there is no need to waste my time there anymore. I suggest you all do not go to this location. Save your money on healthy food or AtLeast avoid the bad attitude from the staff here!

The worst burger king. The last 3 times I’ve been there the drive thru person barely speaks english. I have to repeat myself 2 or 3 times. Igo to this one due to it being very close to where i live. Each time my order has been wrong. Today the order was simple. Yet all wrong. Slow service as well. BYMTW it’s the same owner as the one on North Texas St. So be warned. I know this as I use to work at the one on North Texas St. I was 1 of the 2 fluent in English at the time. So I was always on the drive thru.

Its a Burger King with no lobby. Just a drive thru and walk up window. Slow drive thru and I was the only customer. I think because there’s no lobby the crew gets lazy. They need a supervisor.

Writing this review is going to be a little bit difficult, and I say this with a heavy heart because I cut A LOT of people working for fast food slack unless they give me a good reason to piss me off. This used to be my childhood Burger King back in the late 90’s and early 2000’s before I moved into a different part of Fairfield. The customer service has always been friendly back in the old days, but as the years go by, the service slowly became more and more grotesque. Today, I wanted to buy my brother his chicken strips with onion rings. I thought I was being clear with the cashier with my order, but apparently I had to repeat myself not once but three times! There were also a few times when I politely asked her to slow down with what she was saying because she was talking as fast as those auction announcing dudes! When I mentioned that comment, her voice got louder and harsher. Da’fauq? On top of that, she gave me a really crappy attitude at the drive-thru window by slamming the drive-thru windows. Eeeks! I didn’t know how to feel after that horrifying service. Next time if I want some Burger King, I will happily take my bum to the North Texas St. one. At least they’re nicer and they will make sure you will«Have it your way.»

The walk up window is infested by these little flies that bite! Be careful if you have to have BK I guess go through the drive thru? idk the fly situation there because we left. We have bite marks all over and are super itchy!!! I’ve never had this happen to me I’m not sure what the deal is with this. When we got in our car they were all over on our face and neck. Totally disgusting! This is a walk up or drive thru only location. No sit down dinning area.

Edit: It’s just a Burger King. Guess I was peeved at the time. They have since changed management, and things are great. Previous one star rating: Yeah, it’s all been said here. They will mess up everything possible, including taking your money and forgetting to give your your change and your items. No one writes a Burger King Unilocal review because they think it’s going to make-up someone’s mind, we do it to vent. These folks at Burger King suck. Oh, it only they would answer their phone, maybe I wouldn’t be so pissed right now.

Extremely long wait times, slightly higher prices and a staff that barely speaks english are the plague of any fast food establishment and this one hits home on all 3. I couldnt believe how slow they are to get the orders pushed out! Are they waiting to make food to order? If so, why are my burgers always cold? I stopped going there ages ago after ordering a double whopper and getting a single handed to me in its place. no interior«dine-in» experience either. you either drive through, or wait at the window outside like a 50s burger joint. PS. there is another burger kind literally a mile down AFB parkway on Texas… i go there now.

Sometimes a second update is in order and this place is certainly deserving. I swore off this place for a whole year, but it’s so convenient for me I found myself back in the drive-thru late last year. The exterior was recently remodeled and maybe that’s what drew me to give it another chance. Just a fresh coat of paint and a new sign isn’t enough to warrant a second review update though. Over the last few months I’ve done the drive-thru about once a month for a quick dinner after my daughter’s various activities. While you may or may not still have to repeat your order more than once, the food has been consistently good lately. Hot, or at least, acceptably warm fries and food each time so far. All of it has been correct too, no missing or incorrect items. Seems like they also hired some new people who speak better English to work the drive-thru in the times I’ve gone. They kept some of the older employees who are functioning with English clearly being their second language, but I see them working on food instead of with the customers now. I think it’s safe to say that(at least on some levels) this place is trying harder to satisfy it’s customers. I’ve been pleased with my last few orders and considering how much I truly hated this place before, that’s saying something. The drive-thru wait still needs some work(especially since this place is drive-thru or walk up only), but the food and employees really seem to have improved. I just hope I haven’t spoke to soon…

Have had several bad experiences here. Today was the last straw. Took over 15 min to get though the drive through. Unacceptable! I was late getting back to work!

I will never and I repeat never go to this location again. The manager in training was a lady who hardly spoke English and when I had to clarify my order about 5 times, she got upset and yelled. Then as I pulled around to get my food. she had placed about a teaspoon of black pepper in all of our drinks including my young daughters. My daughter is allergic to just about everything and we are looking into suing this location since the owner has not even apologized… an apology goes a long way.

They dont understand English, you will need to repeat you order over and over. Chances are when you get your order it will be incorrect. They also dont have specials like all the other Burger Kings, there prices are always higher. Food is often cold. All these problems and its drive-thru only.

A drive-thru only Burger King. Seems to be placed for the morning and evening commute for Travis AFB. If you’re just doing take-out, it’s fine for a Burger King, but it’s not worth hanging out and eating on the outside benches.
