This place has amazing service. They made custom tables for our office and and even welded the table legs to make sure it can with stand the heavier tables and tops. Their customer service is excellent and we could not have asked for a better and more superior experience. If you are looking to have custom furniture made, reupholstering needed for your home or office, give Burnett’s a call. I am glad i did.

I hired Burnett’s Upholstery to recover 5 patio cushions and 4 folding chairs for my outdoor living area in November.
It is now February 25^th and they still have not completed them. I have placed several phone calls spoke to their receptionist in December who claimed they would be done within a couple weeks. I spoke to Jason by phone 3 weeks ago and claimed they were almost done and the delay was because their were several jobs ahead of mine. (That was not mentioned or implied when I gave them the work). It was quite the opposite. We have dealt with Burnett’s when Tom was running the show but this will be the last if Jason stays in charge. I had given him the date of feb 27^th a couple weeks ago as the date I had to have them back but they are out of the office every time I call or drive out there. Not a satisfied customer!

Jason reupholstered the headliner of my Jeep Cherokee (XJ). Unlike the original factory job, he wrapped the edges to ensure the fabric will not detach. I was impressed by the quality of his work, and of his professionalism.

Okay Burnett’s is the place to go for canvas work. Jason is an expert. He did the canvas for my large boat. The cuts and angles are very complicated. He came down to the marina, jumped on the boat and quickly gave me an estimate by just eyeballing it and stuck to the price quoted. He uses top notch material and stands by his work. Sheila who runs the front office is very friendly and attentive. I can’t recommend them enough for all of your canvas needs.

To replace it the whole top of the convertible needed to be taken off for the repair. Burnett’s was very friendly, professional and fair in pricing. Best of all they stand behind their work.
