They don’t know how to show up on time over 2 ½ hours late and schudle the install date 3 weeks advance. They were at least friendly at the store.

The customer service at Carpet Discounter was outstanding. The team really worked to help me find the right carpet– within my budget. Extremely affordable and you can’t beat how nice and accommodating they were! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, affordability and ease of doing business.

We needed some basic carpet, nothing fancy, installed on short notice. We made our selection on Sunday, .79/​sf. On Monday they were there to measure at 7:30 as promised, on Tuesday it was installed. We didn’t have any furniture in the house so they were done in no time, very efficiently, and there was no fuzz left behind. Chelsea was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
