It’s my daughter’s 5th birthday and I thought it was an awesome idea to take her and her sister to Chuck E Cheese after her short day at school. We went only for tokens and games. I spent $ 30 on 120 tokens and it seemed like half the games either didn’t work, stole the tokens or didn’t feed the tickets. I got the attention of the first employee I saw which happened to be the manager. I went to him and told him that«like 80% of your games aren’t working» he said«80%?» I said, «Most of the games over there are not working or taking my coins» he said«well, that’s not 80%» then told me to talk to someone else. The person I spoke with after the manager was very sweet and helpful by the way. He should probably be the manager. I didn’t appreciate the attitude I received from the manager. The young guy that helped me, gave me a few tokens and then handed me a cup with a little more tokens and said«these are from the manager» They did seem to care… A little My daughters had fun and that’s all that matters but it will be a while before we go back.

Average. I didn’t expect much so wasn’t to disappointed. Pizza was poor. Salad bar lacked selection. We tried the new spicy buffalo cheese sticks. They didn’t put the chicken in them. They did promptly refund my money though when I brought the error to their attention. The kids had fun though. Isn’t that why we suffer through this place anyway?

Pizza is better than I thought, not great and not horrible. Lots of the games are broken, don’t give correct ticket. Prizes to redeem tickets are way too many tickets, 600 tickets get you a tiny ball. This place needs to lower ticket amount for prizes. The kids love this place. Way too crowded if all birthday tables are booked. Also Chuck E Cheese only came out once in three hours. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Had a problem(wont say what) but the manager did her best to make my niece happy and really helped the situation, so i applaud her for that. :)

*** PROS *** * Lots of games for the kids to play * Pizza was delicious, soda was fresh * Large parking lot * Clean restrooms * Fun prizes for the kids *** CONS *** * 2 skeeball machines were broken — just took our money * Pay for pizza with cash only — that’s not always convenient

Not bad for children anarchy. Place is bright and tries to be clean. Staff was friendly. Pizza didn’t taste like cardboard. Musical robots broken. Creepy that Chuck E was on stage and another walking around. Didn’t they try to make it more believable before? Fairfield: that should sum it up.

The pizza was good, and the staff were friendly, but MOST of the games are out of order, or not working properly. They work for the owner, because they accept money. The first game I tried was a cross bow game. You have to aim the cross bow off the left end of the screen, to shoot an arrow at the center of the screen. Week. The first foosball game didn’t have enough balls. The second one I tried didn’t have any. The joystick on Jurassic Park game doesn’t work properly and is impossible to aim. I tried two of the games that throw tokens at a pile of tokens where there is a possibility a bunch will fall out. The games didn’t throw my tokens. My tokens just disappeared. Neither of the first two ticket counters I tried to use worked. Of all the games I played, I think only one worked well. But like I said before, most of the games still accept tokens, so as long as people are still feeding them there is no reason to fix anything.

I was pleasantly surprised when we came here, due to the negative reviews. It was clean, the pizza was good(a tad greasy, but about the same quality as Little Cesar’s) and the games were modern. I didn’t expect so many cool games with TV screens! We came on a Thursday night; there weren’t too many people, and my 4 yr old daughter had a good time. They have ticket counting machines that make a munching sound when you give it your tickets. There are also music videos playing at the main stage, with the creepy animatronic nightmare bait animal characters standing there just looking around. When they finally make it around to looking at you, it’s like they’re looking right into your soul. The staff was attentive, and helped us with a broken machine; they wear red shirts. The tables were clean. Overall, a good time. The only real bummer was the lack of beer/wine for the parents to really enjoy the quaint atmosphere.

Went here the other day with a friend and her kids. The pizza is disgusting, it tastes like dog food. Don NOT feed your kids this crap. I took some home and just tried to eat it and almost threw up. Gross. This review is of my personal opinion from my experience at this establishment granted by the first amendment. I am in no form portraying slander of any kind.

Friendly staff. Food is still expensive ;). Lots of family fun! They have new games since we were here last. And the fun continues!

Not a bad place. A little loud and crowded, but they’ve repaired more of the machines and I would say a good 95% are operational.

This place is actually clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is actually decent. They will accept coupons off of your phone so that’s nice. If you come during the day on a weekday you will have the place to yourself. Also if you haven’t been here in a while, it has been remodeled and they take care of the games way better now.

Still the same when I was a kid, even the part about broken games. We recently took our daughter and she loved it. The pizza isn’t that great, but it is part of the experience. If you find coupons in the mail make sure to keep them, they have some good deals for tokens and pizza.

I survived. I brought my daughter here as a reward for learning over 40 sight words during her summer break. She’d never been before, but I had. It’s changed so much since I was a kid too. The tubes and ball pit of my youth are gone and the entire floor is now devoted to arcade games and rides. The only way a trip here is really worth it for me is with a coupon. I used one on this trip that gave us a medium pizza, 2 drinks, 15 tokens plus 10 bonus tokens for $ 19.99. I also did the salad bar($ 5.99) which is totally worth it. I probably made at least five trips to the salad bar and loaded my plate with as much vegetation as possible. It’s a pretty basic salad bar but had sunflower seeds, banana peppers, dried cranberries and what looked like chips or fried wonton strips for toppings at the end of the bar. Our pizza came out super fast, before I was even finished with my first salad! After we ate as much as we could I got a to-go box to stash the leftovers and we set out on our adventure around the Chuck. Yeah…this place is a total freakin’ madhouse! Poor Chuck E Cheese came out and got swarmed by 10 kids at once. At one point, about 7 of them had him literally pressed up against an arcade game surrounded and demanding hugs and high fives. I couldn’t help but laugh because my brother used to work here and had to don the Chuck costume regularly. It’s not laundered regularly, so have sympathy for the poor teenager stuck inside. In the 2 ½ hours we spent here that day, I came up with a list of tips for other parents to survive their own experience at(dun dun dun…) THECHUCK! — Monitor your child in some way. You don’t have to follow them around if they’re older but check in on them while they’re playing and make sure they aren’t getting bullied or doing any bullying. — Be respectful of people waiting in line to play a game and tell your children to do the same. You will encounter teenagers with a mountain of tickets still attached to the game and a line of children waiting to play, but too afraid to speak up. Like me, you will probably rejoice in punking these older kids a bit about being a bit more aware of their surroundings.(Don’t worry moms, I was nice about it!) — Bring a small backpack purse or leave your purse locked up in the car if its just you and your children. I saw more than one mom trying to drag her purse around while weaving between hoards of children. Trust me, just don’t do it. — MANY of the games and rides here are broken in some way and 99% of them aren’t marked. You WILL lose(several) tokens. You won’t get tickets when you were supposed to. Accept this. — If you want someone to replace your lost tokens good luck finding the one person who works the floor. He was wearing khaki shorts and a black polo with a small Chuck E Cheese logo on it, but unless you spot the logo he just looks like any other dad. — Avoid bringing children too young to play. I actually saw a baby that was left alone at a table by themselves while the family went out to play for a good stretch. Okay, so they stamp your hand and your child’s when you go in with matching stamps… but is it really a good idea to leave an infant unattended in a public place while you attend to your other kids on the other side of the building? No, no actually it’s not. Find a babysitter, or wait a few years. To really enjoy this place a kid would need to be at least 4, but 5 seemed to be a good age for my own daughter. Bringing an infant to this place just seems like a real chore. Overall, the trip was a success. My daughter really wanted to do the ticket blaster(clear enclosed stall that blows tickets and«mega-tickets» around for you to grab in a certain amount of time). It was $ 5 though and I was done spending money at that point. We’ll be back, but only with a coupon!

Every time I go to Chucky cheese I seem to want to eat their pizza and after about our a hour usually get the biggest stomach ache I’ve ever had I don’t know if it’s just me or the pizza but I will never eat pizza there again… But none of the kids never see us all continue taking them there cause they have a lot of fun lol.

Wow. This place has changed since I was last here a few years ago. More ticket type games and not too many arcade games. Party area has a more open feeling to it, used to be sectioned off more with a frame like wall from the celing and you couldnt go to the game area from the party area. The music is unbelievably loud. Holy crap, we were yelling to talk to each other anytime Chuck E. Cheese was about to come out and do his birthday party bit. I understand the place is loud because of the games and people, but with the main speakers in the party area, they could lower the volume a few decibels. Pizza is great as always, kinda wish they had more deals that catered to buying multiple pizzas for large parties. We ended up going that route instead of doing a party pack. Balloons or more food… I’ll go with more food rather than the party pack of like 13.99 per kid, which by the way, only allowed 2 slices each kid! A great place to bring kids to burn off energy, just wish they’d relocate already. Parking lot is ridiculous. For a place geared towards kids, they to a great job keeping the bathrooms clean and stocked.

I’ve been dragged here for so many of my niece’s birthdays I can’t count them anymore. I know this place is meant for kids, so I’ll let some of the things slide(like the pizza that tastes like it was made with frozen dough) but this place is supposed to be about the games, right? So why don’t they ever work? Seriously, about 40% weren’t working, and half of them weren’t marked, so you couldn’t tell, stuck in a token and had to consider it lost. Add some staff perhaps, but please fix the games. And please fix the odd looking Italian Chef animated robot’s mustache… it’s only half stuck to his face… They are creepy enough as it is without having a dead rat flapping around his face…

Nothing has changed here in decade. If you dont have a Johns Incredible Pizza in your area than Chuck’s is still the place to have a preteen birthday party. Tons of kids running loose with handfulls of tickets and tokesn LOL. The food here is ok, pizza sandwichs and chicken wings are decent but sold at above average prices. One of the nice things about Chuck’s is that they stamp each child with a coded black light stamp so that your children cant be checked out of Chuck’s by a stranger.

I reserved a party on a wrong date. Likely the manager was nice enough to still take my party. She was very nice as well as the workers plus my host. I love their pizza. And I love their coupon deal. Yes, it was busy. But, it didn’t bug me too much. I never been disappointed. And I’ve been going there for the past 9 years 3 times a year. I’ll continue to go their until my 3rd child is bored of it.
